Cons -
- The mattress was very old and worn out. We stayed over 2 weeks and my back definitely felt the impact of the old mattress. The credit card facility didnt work, so we had to pay in cash. This added a substantial extra fee to our expenses to draw so much cash from the bank.

- There was no 24hr open reception. They were closed when I arrived and stood there with security for hours unattended. When I left they didnt have a swiping machine for payment which I feel should have been communicated. Water pressure was low at times. Wifi was also poor most of the time. Long Power cuts with no alternative solutions . The staff was friendly though.
