This hotel has an amazing breakfast with typical dishes from Minas Gerais. I really loved how the staff treated us.

Very decent hotel, friendly staff, and great location.Nice small pool. OK breakfast.Some staff speak English. I had a BNI conference in the meeting room of the hotel which was very practical!
The windows allow for a lot of noise from the street to enter the room during the day and evening.Toilet doesn't always flush so well and shower drain also gets clogged.
The rooms were spacious and clean. En suite bathroom. Good and fresh breakfast woth plenty of choice.
Rooms and facilities are run down and in need of refurbishment. Would expect better facilities at same price.

This is not a 4-star hotel as advertised. I decided to pay a bit extra for a better hotel and more comfort because I had to work from the hotel. But the wifi was really poor in the room. There were two desks to work from in the corridor on the ground floor where wifi was better, but there was only one electricity plug, and the area was noisy.I would have rated this a good hotel if it hadn’t been advertised as 4-star.

Reception 24Hrs that is good, also the room is a good size, with the amenities and good location. Have some snacks on room, that help since I arrived late on hotel.
That week was be cold and the Room don't have a AC with Heater or other type of Heater, can be improved it
