Mercure Uberlandia Plaza Shopping

The design and location. Fast internet.

The hotel lied. They do not have a functioning gym it is under construction!! When I asked for a discount, they balked and did nothing. The reason I stay at hotels are 4: they are nice, they are well located, they have Internet and they have a gym.

The location is superb. The new tower is brand new with high end accommodations.

Breakfast was good but could be better. There was a malfunction in a light in the room (light socket) that was bothering me through the night (light wouldn’t turn off) but I couldn’t call maintenance because my baby was asleep.

Staff are great. Superb breakfast. Location is good. Very comfortable bed and shower is powerful.

Location was convenient

Swimming pool very cold and uncomfortable, not heated, spa pool not very warm and enjoyable either, noisey rooms from air conditioning units and traffic noise in carparks outside

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Location is great, very clean and staff are very kind and helpful.

The comfort of the bed was good but it could have been better. Ex: The king size bed was actually 2 single bed mattresses which left a gap in the middle which was quite noticeable. Overall it was still good but typically when I book a king size bed in other hotels i get a full size king mattress.

Great breakfast, balcony, lovely view, friendly helpful staff, great pool

The wardrobe design - Very noisy heavy wooden doors crashing into each other. Not a lot they can so about that though!

Location, very high standard service. Extremely helpful staff

All good

High quality of facilities and food

Hotel could consider an early breakfast option (small portion) to support the marathon scheduled for the Sunday of my stay requiring me to buy some food in advance and didn’t have the already payed breakfast

Very practical location, at the mall. Breakfast it’s delicious and offers a great variety. All employees were very helpful and kind.

It’s could offer dry sauna. But overall it was a beautiful stay. We will definitely come back.

Clean, modern, easy to check in.

The vallet parking took procession of my vehicle and it was broken into over night. The hotel offered no compensation for damages and losses.

location and convenience

lack of usb plugs . a 4 star hotel not having these are questionable . the loft system is rather annoying and it felt sometimes you’re stuck . there were part of bathrooms accessories which weren’t maintained properly , the hotel rates are not of cheap and having small details like these persisting , it makes you question who awarded this hotel with 4 stars ?

location

booking.com had not put the booking through an so it took forever and only just to secure a room

breakfast has a lot of opinions

my toilet bowl had a leak since the first day . I reported to the Cleaner and she told us that it will be fixed but they never did it

The swimming pool and theBreakfast

The beds and the pillows

Super clean, nice rooms

Value, staff super rude, checkin absolutely painful

Located directly at the mall, you have several options of dining, entertainment and shopping. The hotel has also their own bar and restaurant, deck with a pool, etc. Rooms are spacious and soundproof. Breakfast was superb!

The inside of the rooms decoration and bathroom is a bit outdated. I expected more from the branch, which usually means high-end accommodation.

location

there is no free breakfast or parking lot and our bed was broken.

Dentro do shopping, piscina bacana, ambiente elegante e agradável.

breakfast, parking, shopping mall, location, most of the staff seemed friendly…

not a king bed, just a double bed, with two single mattress, noise on the floor, the view from my balcony…

Good Hotel

very slow ck in and ck out, only two people (four positions). Strong smell in the room and the tv not working right
