The ruins below the floor were amazing

Location was in the old city and a bit awkward to unload luggage while street parking, but underground parking was available half a block away. The reception was very helpful and breakfast was amazing.

The rooms had ashtrays in it and the upstairs corridors had a faint cigarette smell. We didn’t specify non-smoking rooms as we assumed this was given. Maybe if you specifically ask for this you get it. While at first noticeable, smell didn’t bother us during our stay for one night.

Excellent staff, very large room, central location with a very close parking option. Plus-kids friendly. Crib was great. A real 4-star hotel considering room options and amenities. Recommended if it falls in your radar.

If you really want to find a flaw I think it would be on breakfast -some options not being fresh. Would be a nice candidate for longer stays if they had a pool/sauna/etc to spend more time there.

The hotel room was spotless and well-furnished with new, high-quality pieces. Though there isn’t a notable view, the room includes a French balcony, perfect for those who smoke. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a great variety. While the price is a bit high for the season and location, the hotel’s unique, museum-like character makes it worth considering.

Location is great, very central. Hotel is historical which makes it an unique place to stay! Was clean and the staff was helpful.

Breakfast pastries could be more fresh, variety was good but for the money we pay it could have been better.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in in Turkey. Has the feel of one of the big chains but the style and characteristics of an independent hotel. I had a problem with my room, reception offered to swap rooms. In the end, I did this. The location is right in the centre of Menisa. The building is part of a restaurant and café/bar which I did not visit. The price included breakfast which was also good.

Aircon was a bit weak. Sometimes difficult to know whether it was on at all.

Easy parking great location good value for money. The staff were great and the rooms very comfortable

I always stay in this Hotel when in Manisa.Rooms are very comfortable and clean.The staff is very welcoming you!Good breakfast.I had dinner in the restaurant next to the hotel and it is always very good!

The breakfast was typically Turkish with mainly olives, chillies, & cheeses (as is the case in most hotels in the area). They did have cornflakes and hard boiled eggs that I (as a Brit) could eat so not all bad in comparison.Each day they had french fries along with a random item (one day onion rings, another day it was smush of scrambled egg and tomatoes). The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff were helpful. Parking was at the end of the road in the Octopark, you get a ticket and the hotel staff validate each day.

The hotel was in the midst of downtown Manisa, and not the easiest place to locate on your own. The hotel looked high end inside but I found only half of the light switches worked in my room. The air conditioning worked when I arrived, but after 2 days it too had stopped working and I slept with the balcony doors open (so was woken up by chanting from the local Mosque early in the morning). The hotel would benefit from some English written hotel information and some general maintenance being carried out (changing light bulbs etc).

The staff was so kind, specially the lady in reception. Good location, beautiful garden and restaurant. Clean and nice room.

We were at the European Championship. Everything was very nice. The hotel is clean, satisfying all needs. The location is also good, everything is easily accessible. The staff there helped with everything. The staff spoke very goodly english.

Fabulous location and a very modern hotel with very nice rooms. Breakfast options were good and the staff very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room air conditioner filter was not clean, so the air conditioning was not working well.
