I will have to pick location as the best feature about this property. It is about 3 blocks from plaza de armas and 2 blocks from the super mercado. The staff also arranged a guided group tour for use to Sillustani ruins.

Cons -

Most of none of the staff speaks English so it could be a problem for some folks. Also, the shower space is at the same level as the rest of the bath room. So once you shower, it gets all messy and the floor did not dry for a very long time.
