Our first night of two was In an interior room that was very stuffy as the window was onto the landing so there was no fresh air. We were moved to a room with an exterior window so problem solved.
Great location in the centre of Puno. The room was clean and had an electric heater for the cold night. The reception staff was helpful. I also had a really nice massage! Highly recommended!

The room was kinda old, its room floor was uneven and at one point I closed the curtains and they felt off. They did changed me the room though.
The pictures correspond to the reality. Probably the best option in Puno.The staff informed us as we were charged twice and returned the money. In general they were very caring.

Very noisy room. There were cranking noises coming from near the bathroom. In addition, there were pigeons screaming from 2am. Bad location of the room.

No external window in the bedroom so not able to get any fresh air in the bedroom which was very hot.
The staff were very nice and professional. I loved breakfast. the room is very spacious and clean.The bathroom is huge. I did an early check in and also that day my room was cleaned. There was an extra blanket.
The hotel in general was very cold. there was an small heater in my bedroom but wasn’t big enough. The lobby where breakfast is served also is very cold even though there were heaters.

All of the staff was outstanding, they spoke enough English to be helpful and their attitudes were wonderful. Special note to Ronald who helped us line up taxi rides and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The property was very clean, the bed huge, the shower powerful and hot, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is very good.
Both the pillows and the mattress were quite firm, probably not to everyone’s tastes.
