Location and staff were great.
Sewage smell from the bathroom.
Our 2nd stay , location , soft beds , great breakfast, what I didn’t like was hot water not hot enough for my needs , staff English communication difficult . But I’m not grizzly, value for money makes the Art hotel a great choice.
The room was very big! Clean. 5 min walking distance from Miyazaki station.
The location is perfect.Near the Miyazaki station, and there is a 7-11 convenient store at the corner.
Notheing
The room was very spacious for four people. It had all the toiletries we needed.
The ac system was a bit difficult to control the temperature.
Good location. Self-service laundry.
Breakfast is average. Facilities are quite old, elevator can not reach the parking lot, have to take the stairs to B1 or B2

Friendly staff, cleanliness and the on-site parking lot.
Size of the room
Stone throw from Miyazaki station. Rooms were on the 16th floor and very spacious. Excellent super twin beds.
Staff tried to be helpfulBreakfast was good
Room was quite smallOnly 30 car parks. Staff clearly don’t know when it is full as they directed us down there when there were no spots. Very narrow so turning around is not easy, and even harder when a second large car was also directed down. Probably took 15 minutes to get back out. We were then directed to an alternate park - just down the street. The whole parking cost thing is confusing- even now!!
Well located to the station if moving on next day . No problems . Great shopping area .
Odd shaped bedroom / little claustrophobic / but no other issues .
Miyazaki hotel was a lovely place. The room was a great size. The beds were very comfortable.
We had a nice stay here for one night. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great with a lot of options. There is a garage at the hotel, but it was full when we arrived so we parked a few blocks over.
I would recommend people to get a bigger room if you need space, as it was very small. We had just enough space to have a suitcase there, but it was tight. Other than that very satisfied!
