This hotel is in a great location - so close to Miyazaki station. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were pleasant.

The location was PERFECT for us. They provided all we needed and very comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was our second time staying there and we will go back there again next year!

Location, location, location. Family mart was on ground floor and with many eateries hereby and also on 2nd floor of the same building. Hotel parking was next to hotel - very convenient.

The reception lobby was on 7th or 8th floor but this wasn't mentioned so finding where to check in was not easy.

The breakfast was very good. Had plenty of options. The location of the hotel is just right. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and it was close to the event we were attending. I really like the parking option. Great value! The shower was awesome! Thank you for having bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I did not want to bring to much stuff for one night! Lastly, we loved that we could do a late check out. We were able to change clothes after our morning event prior to checking out. That was a huge benefit! Thank you.

I would have liked to of seen more options for channels on the tv. I would have liked to watch the Hanshin Tigers on tv. Larger pillows or extra pillows.

It was a newer and clean hotel in a great location. It was a great value.

The hotel was difficult to find when driving as there’s no front entrance on the main road also the room was a little musty because of the warm weather and the AC is turned off when you come in the room.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. I wanted to communicate in my broken Japanese and they were very patient with me (though, they could speak English just fine). The room size is reasonable. Everything appears clean. LOVE the Japanese bathroom where you can actually sit down and shower. The hotel is located next to Miyazaki station. If you drive, the hotel’s parking lot is behind the building and cost ¥1000 to park 24 hours (12PM - 12PM). If you need a quick run to your room or to check-in, the parking in front of the hotel is free for 20 minutes.

Nothing, really. My wife and I are usually a bit picky, but we were so happy with the place.

I set the A/C to 22C but it still didn't feel that cool.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the milk which was absolutely the best. The staff were kind and lovely, one of them even recommended me a hospital that helped me get better when i was sick.

The only downside was the room is a bit small and crowded.

Great central location and it’s literally next to Miyazaki Station. Spacious, well-laid out room. Facilities were very clean. We used the laundry room on our floor—very clean and easy to use. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s convenient location next to Miyazaki Station, along with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, made our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast we paid extra for was delicious.

Mattress was not queen-size but 'double' which felt uncomfortably small for a couple. Parking fee of 1100 yen per day (incl. tax) was not unusual for city hotels in Japan.

The staff are very helpful and warm. They communicated with us in English which was very helpful. We love the facial masks and drip coffee provided by the hotel. Breakfast menu was also very good. The room and toilet/bathroom are separate and very spacious.
