Location was very convenient

Newly renovated rooms with comfortable double beds and huge smart TV'S in a great location in the middle of the night-life area and only 10 minutes walk from the station.Friendly staff with some English.

The cleaning staff were very friendly, which seems to be common at APA hotels.

The name is a bit misleading in that the hotel is a 15-minute walk from Miyazaki Station. The bathroom was incredibly mouldy, betraying a previous relatively positive experience at another APA hotel.

1. Many accessories provided. 2. Good location as it is in the heart of the downtown and is a 10-minute walk from the train station. 3. Sound proof is good as the hotel is just next to the main road.4. A plastic bag is used to protect the TV remote control (supposed it is replaced for each guest)

1. Luggage storage system is complicated as I need to generate a QR code but I still have to fill in the form for check-in. Seems like duplicated. 2. Toilet is too small

The rooms are clean enough.

A little far from the station and the facilities are a bit dated.

Isolation and Quiet.

The room is Very expensive. The Price of Breakfast is not reasonable. The air is not ventilated. The reception ( male ) and The waitress of Komeda's coffee cannot speak English.

Good location, convenient for station. Comfortable with choice of pillows. Good experience.

Great location with parking. Having Komeda Coffee on the first floor was also nice.

Perfect as a 1-2 night stop for solo travellers who need to get some laundry done in the middle of their trip. There are coin laundry machines and a restaurant connected to the hotel directly. I don’t know why such a huge TV was planted in a relatively small room, but I suppose it was nice, and the VOD are all free. If those aren’t to your taste, the TV also has a YouTube app! Bathroom is small, nothing fancy but everything in working order.

Little bit of a long walk from the station, which I don’t think is worth considering how much I paid for the room. This is by no means a fancy hotel, not exactly one for multiple night stays. I was here for 1 night, which for me is honestly enough, considering it’s Miyazaki.

Very good location, close to shopping street. I booked a room with no cleaning service, they still provided extra towels and amenities for the second night. Fridge can continue to operate even electricity is cut when you leave the room.

Room a bit dark, not enough lighting. Limited parking and no reservation, so come back early to avoid no more parking space.

Bad management of smorking room others smoking room I ever stay in Japan smell did not strong like that. It's look like hotel never try to clean the room enough for new traveler. After that bath is very small and bed sheet is old and not comfortable at all.

Location was good and convenient. there were parking available for small cars and discounts for bigger cars in outside parking lots.

the room was smelly. the air-conditioner was set to default heater setting. we were hot at night but couldn't do anything. breakfast was included in the price but it was just a set meal ticket from the coffee shop downstairs. I know that is the best they can do for the price in that location but I have had far better breakfasts for the same price range in other hotels with convenient locations.

The location was great, next to the shopping arcade, and close to the train station. The onsite restaurant was good. The TV in the room is massive given the size of the room. I did request and received a room away from the elevator.

I could not park my small Kei car at the hotel. Was told it was too big. Had to park in an open, pay parking lot a block away, and walk in the rain with my bags to check in. The furniture in the room was old and worn. There was a lot of dust behind the TV and along the headboard and telephone. The bathroom walls are also worn. The breakfast that I got with the room consisted of half a piece of toast yogurt salad and a drink.

Wifi didn't seem to work well in my room.The room had a mouldy smell.

Even for the APA standards and the business hotels in Japan, this one is particularly small, dirty and old.

It was a short taxi ride from the station. There were two elevators available. It was near a Mega Don Quioxte.

The room was very small with a small double bed and not enough space for two people to move around in. The bathroom was tiny with some mold on the walls. The toilet was very small, most westerners probably wouldn't fit on it. The breakfast was some salad, with toast egg and coffee.

Breakfast was just 1 egg and half a toast and coffee which was horrible paid for 5 days only went once and no closet in the room so all my stuff was on the desk
