Everything is great.
Great location, comfortable, good value for money, our room was comfortable and relatively large for Japan standards, beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful, not everyone speaks english but this was not a problem. Many restaurants and parking nearby.

Beds were very comfortable, and the location was great, there were plenty of shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The staff at the front desk was nice, but not super helpful. We had asked if they could contact a local golf course to ask if they offered rental clubs and all they said was "no". I feel that it wasn't a crazy request, but maybe that's just me.
Good location along a main shopping street, some nice restaurants around! The room appeared to have been recently renovated which was nice too.
The location is excellent literally the centre of town for restaurants, clubs, cafe's, nightlife and shopping. Also excellent transport links to the airport by bus or train. Train station is within walking distance if you are not carrying heavy luggage
Great no frills hotel. Clean, comfy, and friendly staff. Good location. Good laundry let me catch up on my clothes :)
It was close to restaurants and nightlife, clean, they allowed me to stay and do a bit of work in the cafeteria after checkout.
