The service was great. The rice and miso soup were always nice and hot. The coffee was very good and tea was always available.
However, other foods I expected to be hot, were always cold.

No English in Front desk, we can not communicate.I reservation no smoking, but smell have cigarette in my room all day.
The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating.
The air smells bad. Not recommended for families with children. The place smells like cigarette.
Breakfast is superb. The location is very good for visiting the Suizdnji park but not excellent for downtown shopping and Kumsmoyo-jo.
