Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was excellent. Toilets are not in the same room as the shower.

I didn't find wash clothes to wash my body with. There were large, thick towels that resembled a hand towel. Was that the wash cloth? Just a bit too thick and large to my liking as a wash cloth

A nice hotel, close to the train station with good facilities. They serve free curry meals too in the evening.

Call me old fashioned but I visited Japan in the middle of summer. Coming back to your hotel room with stagnant air because all electricity cuts off after removing key card was a bummer. I stayed at a place where the AC could be kept running.

For some reason the shower faucets had terrible water stains which gave the impression the bathroom had not been cleaned.

A large shared bath house with free yakult and ice-pops. Washing machines that you can check on your TV. An actually functional table in a 14m² room. And free horse curry at night? This is the peak of budget-friendly business hotel frfr.

Might not be a bad thing depending on who you ask, but the hotel is right next to a bunch of soaplands, which probably explain the low price. And don't try it kids, it's not worth it.

Good location. Small compact room as you expect from a Japanese business hotel. But I like the way it was arranged. It was still easy to sit with the computer for an hour.

Bed was too hard for my taste, and as often is the case in Japan and Korea, too hot at night.

However, its location is more than a 25-minute walk from the train station, which may be less convenient for travelers relying on public transportation. Consequently, we opted to take a taxi to and from the station and the hotel.

Great location. wonderful Udon restaurant right next door. Walk to the castle. Nice Onsen.

Small bed ( impossible for 2 people to sleep in comfortanly), small room. Being New Year's Eve, we expected some complimentary drinks, as we had had in previous hotels.

To hotel located in the shopping centre.The Ingram facility is good and the room is clean and tidy. The staff are polite and enthusiastic.

The location is great and the cost is very much value for money. I had two nights here, and used their complimentary bath which apparently due to renovation, there is a shift rotation between male and female use time (Male being 2000-2500, Female would be before the Male's timing and they are allowed to use in the morning). The coin laundry service comes with English instructions as well which is straightforward in getting the job done. You're given a set of complimentary sleeping clothes as well. The room I booked is just right for me, the amenities and facilities are great, television comes with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., if that would be part of your consideration. The hotel even provides you with cleansing lotion, moisturizer, toner, etc. which are available at the lobby.

Location is near the Shimotori arcade, but quiet enough to not hearing noises from the arcade.Room was spacious & furnished with your regular amenities.Bed is super comfy.They provide free supper service (Curry) from 21:30 to 23:00.Overall it's very worth the cost.

The air conditioner temperature could not be changed. I tried to adjust it with the control panel, but there was no difference between 26℃ and 19℃. Other than that, I dont have any other complaints regarding the room.

Despite being right smack in the middle of town and in a lively area, it is situated just slightly around the corner that it is quiet still.

Friendly staff at reception. The manager goes out of hotel to show us the parking direction. Breakfast is recommended with some seasonal picks and dishes!
