- The location was excellent, very close to the shopping area and the castle. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable and the window has nice view

- The hotel is in a little bit of a questionable area, and I often found groups of Japanese men hanging out directly outside. Some of them seemed to be guests and were rude to me in the lobby (likely because I am a foreigner), but the staff didn't say anything. Though the price is good, the hotel isn't anything special - you can definitely find a corporate hotel at the same price point without the strange clientele.
- I found the bed to be extremely hard and very lumpy. The pillow also wasn't comfortable at all. I have sleeping issues, and so this certainly didn't help.
