The rooms were bigger than we expected. Clean and comfortable with ample room to move about. Staffs were polite and well mannered. No issue communicating with the staffs during checkin in process or even when making enquiry for directions. Lobby is on Level 2, whilst on ground level (L1) there is a 7/11! Easy access to many options of food choices within walking distance.

Beds were OK. Location was very convenient to pedestrian shopping street and Castle. Staff spoke some English and went out of their way to be helpful. Shower was OK. Towels were thick. Cotton washcloths were supplied. Good tea and coffee bags available. There was a good desk and a comfortable sofa.

Duvets were much too short, even though the beds were long enough. Pillows were Japanese style only. Walls were somewhat thin re neighbouring rooms or outside traffic. Amenity packages only contained one sugar and one creamer each. Beds were pushed together and against the wall. Should have been about a foot from the wall and a foot apart, with a small night table in between (there was no night stand). Needed a light over the desk.

I think a hotel that stops tucking the blankets in when making the beds and finds a friendlier way to show that the bed is fresh/unused will be blessed.

In the center of everything, surrounded with restaurants and shopping mall, great location and very happy with the size of the room, very comfortable! Highly recommended !! Love the massage chair in the room, good massage after walking all day!!

Location and modern facilities. Paid parking was efficient

Room has window that can open and not sound tight. On Friday night can hear music and noise from the bar downstairs. Quite annoying when you try to sleepBreakfast while it is nice, seating area is not the most comfortable.

Room is new and very clean. Staffs are helpful. The hotel is at central location with an easy walk to the castle and shopping street. It also has its own parking building, which is convenient for guests, who travel by car.

- Parking is a bit of a hassle for guest, who are not familiar with automate parking.

Breakfast is not enjoyable everything all cold and dry ,the soup still lukewarm

Good location, close to transport, lots of restaurants and shopping plus sights. Spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds with reading lights. Also a seating area in room.
