Location wise is nice, quite street area, new building, clean room, high floor, friendly staff and perhaps room bigger than most Japanese hotels.

The walls are quite thin, could hear neighbors. basically no facility in hotel but thats ok. Need to get drinking water at lobby with your provided container.

The room is clean, able to prepare simple meals and there is laundry service.

Inconvenience for self-driving. No free parking and have to pay for parking. Alternative is to use coin parking nearby which is first come first serve.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Extra amenities were available at no cost in the lobby including robes, slippers, and toiletries. Small kitchen, washing machine and large shower and tub made the stay easy for tired travelers! Easy access a 20 minute walk from the train station or by trolly. Easy to find.

Check in was easy, however the screen displaying room number and key code was visible to others checking in and didn’t feel private.

Clean, comfortable and large rooms. Large shower,bath, kitchenette with sufficient supplies, washing machine with detergent too. Amenities available in the lobby including robes, slippers and toiletries if needed. Easy access on foot or by trolly from train station (about 20 minute walk). Very quiet street.

Check in wasn’t very private with screen showing room number and key code. Process was very easy though!

The room is exceptionally BIG. And full of facilities such as portable kitchen, and was machine.

1. The hotel is very close to JR Kumamoto Station, and can be reached by train in three stops; The hotel is within walking distance of KUMAMOTO CASTLE and the large shopping mall SAKURA MATCHI as well as a supermarket. 2. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in rules are explained clearly; 3. The facilities in the room are reasonable and easy to use, and the room is spacious and comfortable; 4. Towels and bath towels that need to be replaced are provided every day, and garbage is cleaned up.

Everything was very satisfactory. One small suggestion：it would be better if two bowls could be provided for each room.

I liked the location it was easy for us to walk to the Castle and shopping. We had a family room and it was perfect for our stay. Felt very spacious and tranquil. All the picture online looked exactly like when we got there. Our luggage got lost and the staff went above and beyond in help us get our luggage from Tokyo to fav Komoto! I was a big relief, especially with some of my family traveling for the first time!

Very spacious rooms and bath/shower. Car park just in front with more coin parking next door. Walking distance to shops. Washing machine in the room, beds were comfy, and did I already mention the rooms are very spacious?

Sleek and modern facility, very comfortable and convenient. Smooth check-in with QR code, friendly staff, loved the rooms and especially the in-room washing machine (free with detergent pods!!!!) was a great surprise. No dedicated parking lot, but several lot options available right next to the hotel so it was very convenient anyways. Coffee at the downstairs cafe was great as well.

Kitchenette was very cramped.

cleaness and there is a washing machine. usually even if there is a washing machine, it is useless since the washed clothes will not be dried, but there were dryer in the bathroom so they were completely dried by next morning. the beds are very comfortable and we, a family of four felt comfortable. All are very modern for staying.

The bunk beds room were good size for families. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of room for luggages and not compromising on lounge space. The rooms were well equiped with Microwave, small cooktop, washing machine and drying room. Parking is right next door cost and cost only 600Yen.

If only they supplied some cutlery for eating.
