Desert Breeze Lodge, located on the banks of the Swakop River is 1.6 mi from the town of Swakopmund. Some units feature a private sun deck with views of the surrounding sand dunes. Each room is individually decorated and comes equipped with a fireplace, mini bar, coffee-and-tea-making facilities and a digital safe. The private bathroom includes a shower. Breakfast is served daily on the deck or in the indoor dining area. A number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 2.5 mi from Desert Breeze. A variety of activities in the area includes sky diving, sand boarding, quad bike trips and horse-riding. The staff at the lodge is able to assist guests with booking these activities. - Room with the best view in Swakopmund!
- This was place was absolutely wonderful from every point of view. We stayed 4 nights and would happily stayed much much longer. Lovely layout overall, spacious and clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, very nice space in front of a fireplace... and sublime view over the Dorob National Park sand dunes. Our favorite stay in Nambia and one of the best stays ever also planet-wise. No matter how much time you will spend here, you will want to go back.
