- Location is amazing, just few steps to the palace.
- Great location
Cons -
- The wifi was terrible. Absolutely horrible in our room.
- Not very clean. The air conditioner in our room was not split system unlike shown at the photos, so super noisy and not efficient. Considering the fact that it was over 35 degrees outside that was very disappointing.
- Lack some cleaning(pool/corner of rooms) and replacement of breakfast was slow

Lack some cleaning(pool/corner of rooms) and replacement of breakfast was slow
Very good location in a short distance from many tourist points. The breakfast was excellent. Most of the staff was very professional.
First of all, this is a constructive critic so as to help the next guests and the hotel manager. There are two buildings but the one I stayed was noisy and old so needed some renovation, indeed.
Location, breakfast
Cleanniness of the room, shower with low volume of water
charming old buildings in the imperial style, with a bit of history. Excellent location to central Petropolis. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. Very good free breakfast. A very good choice.
The property is a beautiful old house right next to the imperial palace. Very big rooms and really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice as well. Parking on site and within walking distance of bars and restaurants and all the other places of interest.
It's in a spacious area with stylish old buildings. Great location, ample parking. The price was very good.
The breakfast was just OK.

Very helpful staff. A nicely renovated building very close to the palace. All old town can be explored on foot. Good b
We liked the location.
Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Door lock did not work well.
Location is great to explore the historic center and see all beautiful old mansions.
The room was outdated and it smelled damp. The closet was smelling very bad so we didn’t use it. We could see some dirty on the door and walls.
Great Location to explore the city.
Due to the weather for sure the pool was not well maintained and after fitness we were not able to step in
Breakfast was goodLocation was amazing
Some bugs on the bedsheetsShower mixer was not clean
The hotel is very beautiful, close to the tourist sites. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We found the mattress too hard.
This is more a relevant retrospective written appraisal of appeal, determining the concept of a historic town as a tourist iconic form and once a cultural hub for aristocratic society to bathe glory of summer tempered health and recreation. The imperial palace of two centuries awaits a quaint home bordering of governess colonial building the Victorian Eta a school for children.Whilst European footprints fitted I encapsulates the protection of a man made stream of cooler climate and mountains ( Serra e avore ) surrounds scenic and organized streams as organic plants cultivated and maintained across smaller walkways that are of Asian villages in China and that the form of a shared centre wrapped in Bluestones as a natural fort to protect the natural surrounds biomicry of former German immigrants and vision to retain village value and strength.Casa Blanca is a very long depiction of a timeless building with modern perspective of personal connections. Whilst my stay limited I took in dreamily the aspects in as a resonance of former exotic places that I have visited in the past- that which comes to mind in memory of Hua Hin of imperial times Thailand and Hoi An . Fantastic breakfast and welcoming and friendly staff. Perfect location.
The only hick up about our stay was that were not able to get into our room at the time of check in. It took the staff of the hotel over two hours to offer us another accommodation since the one we had rented was still being cleaned. We went to lunch, came back, went for a walk, came back. Only then they gave us an upgrade to a different room, which was great.
Very nice, historic accommodation. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!
Parking and breakfast were great. The location was awesome. The room was fine but very basic.
There was nothing that we did not dislike
