All the staff is wonderful. Good breakfast. Good location and a quiet place to rest.

Just the location

The parking lot is quite distant, and unfortunately, the bedroom and bathroom were not clean. Additionally, the blankets lacked covers, and there were no flat sheets provided. The staff also neglected to give me the bedroom key. Carrying luggage up numerous stairs was very inconvenient. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

Even if on the main street they have rooms in the second block that are very quite!

The night receptionist was not professional. He left us waiting for half an hour because he there was some issue with another reserver and he the kept organizing something in the computer instead of prioritizing our check-in.The breakfast has very limited options and no care for food intolerance/restrictions.

We hesitated to book this hotel because of the previous reviews. We decided to book it and we are happy we did. It is a simple hotel, somewhat smaller rooms but comfortable. The hotel has free parking (it is not an ideal street but doable), a good location and several restaurants nearby.

To stay cheap, the hotel does not offer shower towels, a safe and mini fridge.

The breakfast on the second day was terrible but on the first day was amazing.

The car park quite far and difficult need to walk like 300m and stiff and also theres another stair to climb in order to get to your room

Very good!!Options for everyone. Everything was fresh and it was spotless and organized. Pao de Queijo was amazing.

The staff is very thoughtful and friendly! The common areas are clean.

The room had a lot of mold. And also, if you stay in the 3rd floor and above, you have to take a large stair from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The breakfast is not that good and the quality of what is served is a bit bad. The bed sheets and towels had a lot of stains and smelled like chlorine.The rooms have a shelf above the TV that was very dirty, with dust and small papers from past guests.

The breakfast is very good. It's simple but good enough. Many options! It's fair to the price.

The hotel offers a not very much thick blanket. I asked for an extra one, when I went downstairs to get it they said it was over and they didn't have anymore to lend us. It was a very cold night.
