Not enough towels.Nothing to hold water from the shower, risk of falling when coming out of the shower

Staff were friendly and tried their best. Location was nice. Meals were of generally good quality.

There was a point when the facility lost electric power. There was no back up, meaning no power, no wifi for several hours. After several hours, the staff moved me to a different room.Also, the shower facilities were difficult to operate - moving the temperature dial to get hot water was very difficult. Also, at some point, the vertical shower head came loose, forcing me to use the hand held shower head.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast. It is a cosy boutique hotel and is fun to stay in

Tea facility should be made available in the rooms.

Carpet in room was not clean Breakfast was a la cart, but it's too few options it was loud until around 1am with the bar closing around 11+ and then cleaning up for a couple of hours after, right next to and outside my room.

Breakfast always available and tasty.Hotel is comfortable and located in the luxurious neighbourhood.

Bathroom should have been wider. It's uncomfortable for large size male/female. More English movie, news and sports channels should be added for viewing. Not everyone speaks or understands French ?

I like how homely and cozy the court boutique is. The staff were warm and friendly and customer service was top notch.

I didn’t like the way the sheets and towels looked. Even though clean, they looked worn out and not sparkling white. It may be time for some new ones.

Internet was very slow or had intermittent disconnections. Sewage smell coming from the shower drain.

OK for a short stay

Rather expensive for what it is especially when leaving early and not taking any benefit of the prepaid breakfast. Would have been nice getting a bit of a discount ..

NO HOT WATER during my stay -- told the staff but unfortunately they cannot fix it. Very few wall plugs.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I like it had an iron. Everything was fine except for the hot water availability

Excellent location and comfort, the terrace is a nice part to have a coffee. The attention is superb, wonderful staff, easy to check-in.

Small Boutique hotel. Excellent and personalised service. Fantastic staff. Good location. Great on site bar and restuarant. Bonus of fridge in room. Walking distance from ICC.

The hotel was clean and modern, excellent value, and ideally located for the Convention Centre.

I loved the staff and the luxury points of the room which made it stand out from other mid-range accommodation in Kigali.

I loved the view. It was amazing to see the city from my balcony.

I didn’t like that the hot water took 15-20 minutes to get hot. Its a complete waste of water. Also the one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell that wouldn’t go away so we had to keep it closed for the duration of our stay.
