The location is close to the convention center and Kigali Heights that you can walk.

We stayed for three nights and paid a total of 386 USD, but the services we received did not match what was advertised on the website. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and were charged an additional 50 USD for early check‑in, plus another 10 USD per night because the booking system showed an incorrect number of guests. We explained that the issue came from the booking.com system, and although the staff acknowledged the error, they offered no support beyond saying “sorry.”We had booked a high‑floor room, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a poor view overlooking the roof of another building. During the New Year’s countdown, we could not see any fireworks from our room, and the hotel did not organize any special event. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. There was no buffet as advertised. Instead, we were only allowed to order very limited items, such as two fried eggs (as shown in the photo). When we asked for bacon, we were given just one piece. The way the staff treated us made us feel unwelcome. They did not listen to our concerns and insisted that this was the hotel’s “breakfast package.”Additionally, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The hot water system did not function properly, and there was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as part of the room facilities on booking.com.

The property was excellent overall. I especially liked the friendly and professional staff, particularly the security guards at the gate who always greeted us warmly and made us feel safe. The reception and spa teams were also top-notch, and the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It also has a rooftop restaurant with a lovely view, an extensive menu and flavourful food! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Kigali Convention Centre, which makes it the perfect choice when attending an event at that venue.

Communications were frustratingly poor. This may be booking.com's fault though as the number on the booking.com email confirmation is not correct and the email link takes a few days to get a response from them.

The staff was very kind, and the food of the restaurant absolutely great. I didn't quite have time to explore the pool.

Not a detailed English breakfast. Could improve on that and serve it earlier around 6:00a.m.I had to miss two breakfasts because of early engagements.

The staff at this hotel (I mean all of them) are exceptional, they went above and beyond to help and make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I'd like to thank the reception staff particularly for their support. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. I have no hesitation in returning to this hotel when I'm back in Kigali.

Wi-Fi was a little sketchy at times and I would ask that a wider selection of vegetarian food be made available at breakfast. These were small things, but would have made my stay even more special.

Nothing more than great experience. Those staff most importantly the receptionist and the kitchen staff treated us well.

The best thing about the hotel is its amazing staff. Both the reception team and the restaurant one were just amazing. They are ready to address any query and request, and always with a smile, and they are very efficient!Also, rooms were quite comfy, soundproof enough, with great beds and a decent desk to work at. The restaurant is decent . There is a room service option but I did not try it. From midday on the restaurant offers an extesnsive menue and looks like everyone enjoys it as by night the placxe is packed with customers. The Chef and his team are ready to cater for everyone's taste, even if it is well off the menu card.Location is great as it is close (15 min on foot) from the Kigali Convention Center and 10 min by car from some good restaurants of which I'd recommend Treasures of Igoro- superb cuisne and fantastic ambience.Safety factor is also important, and I felt absoluetly safe walking solo at night.

Gym is in a pretty bad shape and in need for an urgent revamp and new equipment. The breakfast is kinda scarce but if you like me are there for a conference, than you would not expect an abundant meal to refule yourself &rush for the venue.

I did not like that I could get nothing to eat at 10.30pm and no cold beer to drink and so drank hot beer from the fridge in the room turned off!!!!
