Little a bit Shower be better

Good breakfast.

Broken couch, refrigerator not working full of rust, no towels or slip on shoes. Bathroom door was missing a door, taking a shower meant wet floor.

Good location, good breakfast

Some of the rooms are close to the kitchen, where they work late night and especially very early morning. I’d to complain a couple of times before it got little bit better. First morning at breakfast, the lady told me of I order African tea they had to make an effort to prepare it just for me, even if still am hour of breakfast time was left

I stayed for two nights at One Click Hotel because the price was affordable for downtown Kigali. The location is great as it’s within walking distance of the city center and a short taxi ride to the Genocide Museum. The outside patio area is nice and relaxingBreakfast is included in the stay from 6am-10am and consists of a buffet including tea, coffee, fruit juice, mushroom soup, chicken stew, egg omelette, bacon, Belgian waffles, cheese sandwiches, and various muffins & croissants. They do offer a laundry service through the hotel with a 24-hr turnaround - it cost 14,000 RWF for washing and drying one pair trousers, 4 pairs socks, 2 pairs shorts and a t-shirt.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned as there were two bars of used soap still in the shower (hair follicles were visible on the bars of soap). The shower did not have a shower curtain and thus water went all over the bathroom floor with no way for the water to drain. There was one towel provided and no floor / foot drying towel. Sounds seem to echo in the hotel because when someone closes a door, it sounds like the door was slammed and the booming sound reverberates throughout the hotel - so highly suggested to wear ear plugs for a full nights sleep. The hotel’s POS system was not working so they could only accept payment in cash (USD, Euros or RWF). If I visit Kigali again, I will not likely stay at One Click Hotel due to the issues encountered: room not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, taking a shower spills water all over bathroom floor, and cash only payment.

During our stay, management told us that our room was being renovated and so they put us in another hotel. We still had a good experience at the other hotel so I will still rate this hotel as if we stayed here. Staff was great. The room was great. We had no complaints. We stayed one night before going to Gorilla Trek.

Everything was excellent, the front desk staff was so friendly. The food, ambient and restaurant.

Restaurant on site was reasonably priced.

Cockroaches, mold on the walls & curtains, laundry was returned to me at checkout time still wet, restaurant changed the recipe of a dish I liked from one night to another. Had to arguably force them to give the airport shuttle that they advertise.

My stay at One Click Hotel was excellent. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. The entire property was spotless, reflecting superb cleanliness standards. Additionally, the staff were consistently polite and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Payment system was down during whole stay. Only cash was payable.Shower equipment didn't function well.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The front office staff lacked professionalism, and despite requesting contact from the manager before posting this review, I received no response. My room had water leaking through the balcony door; staff only sent someone to mop, ignored my request for a room change, and never offered an apology for the inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and professional. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant, especially during breakfast hours. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary airport shuttle.

Card payment, though advertised on booking.com, was not available. Cash change was not available for any purchase, but this is common throughout the country. There was a strong smell of cologne in our room, presumably used to mask the natural odors. The bathroom fixtures and finishes were in need of maintenance.

I highly recommend this hotel. Although the room is quite old but everything works well at an affordable price. The breakfast is good, and the free services are great. The staff are also very nice.

The hotel staffs are excellent , helpful and accommodating especially the receptionists are outstanding—warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. From seamless check-ins to personalized local tips, they made me feel welcome and valued. A+ service! ?

Not everyone uses the shower, a bucket and a bailer should be provided for a guest to mix water to the right temperature. Also a spray tap should be installed by the WC for guest to wash after using the toilet. Toilet paper isn’t enough for effective cleaning.

Some of the staff members don’t understand English which is understandable.
