Sainte Famille Hotel

Exceptionally good location with several good restaurants nearby (maximum 10 minutes by foot). Also an easy walk up to Simba Supermarket and the car free zone with small gift shops.The hotel is so family friendly and offers a lovely pool with a friendly lifeguard for both adults and children.

Slow restaurant service at dinner time in the evening

The hotel is in a good location to the meeting venue. The room I had was spacious and cleaned daily and water bottles were made available daily. The staff was friendly and communicated with me before arrival. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the African tea,

There was a persistent smell of drainage in my bathroom so that I had to keep the door closed always. The shower was not mixing hot and cold water properly so I did not enjoy my morning showers. Please improve on the availability of TV stations, especially local channels that show us visitors what is happening in Rwanda.

I was welcome to stay in the common area when I waited for my flight which left in the evening. I like the cleanliness and the care of the staff, also in the restaurant.Friday evenings there is life music till about 22.30, which is loud, the sound insolation is not good. If you like the music, then you will enjoy it and even join in the bar. As I was very tired, I was less joyful. On the other evenings I enjoyed the silence. The internet connection was good during my 3-day stay.

The breakfast was complete for my taste.The location at the center of all my routes.

better internet quality because youtube and downloading files was difficult.

Room services was awful on 3 occassion i ordered food lunch, dinner and beeakfast and it was brought quite cold. When i ordered dinner i mentionef that i like my dinner hot but there was no change, the way food was presented was quite shocking, it was served in the foil container with no plate, cutlery was so poor plastic which got broken as i started eating i can't even explain, horrinle experience i couldn't wait to leave. * Ginger tea was lovely thanks

Customer service excellent, the room is very clean, the bedsheets are clean, a good quality mattress.
