- THE GODAWFUL SERVICE. We arrived in our room and a cockroach welcomed us by the curtain. We called the reception to ask to be moved to another room and the gentleman on the line said he'll check if there are other rooms available. The hotel wasn't on full occupancy that day but he had to "check" if we can be moved from the room they gave us that was clearly unsanitary. Five minutes passed and we haven't received a call back so we called them. The gentleman from the reception said in a very uninterested manner that they are moving us to a new room and didn't offer any other information. So we asked: When are we gonna be moved? Is he gonna tell us which room number it is? Is there anyone who will give us a new key card? Do we have to go back to the reception to pick it up? We were met with a tired sigh and a bored response along the lines of "yeah, yeah...someone's gonna come." We were moved to another room eventually, but no apologies, nothing, as if having a cockroach in your room was a normal occurrence and we should expect these things from a hotel that charges 120 dollars a night and calls themselves 5-star. No way we're coming back!INTERNET DIDN'T WORK. Good thing we weren't doing remote work that time.
- The beds and pillows were the sole underwhelming factor in our entire stay
- Not that helpful on arrival when asked for a second chair for the bedroom -- didn't want room service eating on the bed -- told to wait for tomorrow as it was 11pm. -- not exactly good initial impression for a 5 star hotel. No real facilities for a drink at the pool.Told pre arrival that pool hours were 8-10. Told on arrival pool opened at 8. Went to swim pre breakfast and told we couldn't as pool opened at 9!!

Wonderful breakfastBeautiful viewGreat room
Our stay was perfect, especially the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the one who was even more helpful and extremely friendly was mister Anderson at the reception. Thank you very much once again. We’re really looking forward to come again.
Lovely position and very spacious. Nice breakfasr

I love the location, and the beach there. I also love the restaurant on the premises.
I like everything about the place.
very new, kind staff, beautiful view, great breakfast, nice location via stairs to get to the beach
long walking distance for shops and restaurants
The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. All of the staff were extremely nice, engaging, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and the feijoada on Saturday.
There could’ve been more amenities in the hotel or maybe some activities going on. It was also disappointing that no visitors are able to come to visit us at the hotel and lay by the pool. I was visiting from the United States and my family lives in ES, it would have been nice to be able to have them come over at least to lay by the pool
Hotel very spacious and close to everything (by car)
On your room it was not smelling well, like sewer smell. Perhaps need to double check that.
Beautiful location with amazing views and easy access to walk down to the bay. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff on reception.
Opening times of the swimming pool in the morning did not correspond to actual availability.
the beautiful scenery and modern aesthetic of the hotel were truly impressive. The rooms provided comfort with their modern facilities, and the swimming pool was an exceptional feature, offering relaxation and enjoyment.
my experience was dampened by several issues. The staff’s demeanor was often cold and unaccommodating, impacting the overall service quality. The room’s air conditioning was distractingly noisy and challenging to adjust. Disappointingly, the extra blankets provided clashed with the hotel’s design ethos and felt substandard. The sauna’s excessive heat, coupled with a lack of an emergency button, raised safety concerns. Additionally, the hotel’s location made it necessary to rely on Uber or car rentals for exploring the city of Vitória.
The view is very beautiful. The breakfast is very good and the place is very calm.
This hotel is situated a little bit far from the restaurants and the commerces of Vitoria. It has itself a restaurant, but it is expensive even for an european tourist.
Hotel is built on a blessed location with a gorgeous view. The rooms are well distributed and positioned in a generous way, creating a pleasant and fresh atmosphere. Unlike newly built high rise hotels, which often got a bit of a smothering oppressive look, this building is put together in a classy manner - built to last. The interior design is reminiscent of a timeless Brazilian architectural style and it ads up to the vibe and the feel of the place. The service is 5 stars with no snobby shenanigans.
Bread buns and rashers at breakfast are not up to standard.
Beautiful views; nice, spacious, clean room with a/c; nice pool area. Choice of beautiful beaches nearby.
Stopped serving drinks quite early. Beautiful location but no amenities nearby. Easy to take an Uber into town.
location and some of the staff
room, facilities and some of the staff were very rude and not professional for such expensive hotel
beautiful hotel but it has some maintenance to do (minor things) on the outside. inside property is beautiful
location view helpful staff and great breakfast
Great rooms, great location, great view.
friendly staff, close to beach with exclusive path which had a breathtaking view, pool was nice, safe neighbourhood
air con noisy
Very nice hotel, well located near a private to enter area
Airco very loud and alao the toilet got stuck
My boyfriend and I were very comfortable with our stay. The staff were friendly, Michelle spoke to us using English which was very helpful. The breakfast was sufficient as well.
There were bird droppings in the pool and on the pool chairs, which can't really be helped, but it kept us from getting in.
