Staff was helpful and the rooms are well design and comfortable. Location is also good.

The entry for the parking garage is very tight and the parking spots are very small.Also, the parking garage entry and exit has a slope that you don't see income cars while there is only one way used for entry and exit

Breakfast was too busy every day, they should expand the breakfast area. Items were not replenished on the speed it was consumed by the guests. I have arrived 5 minutes before the end of breakfast and there was nothing left at the bar anymore and they've started removing everything that was left, If you propose a breakfast till 10 AM, you need to ensure there are food till that time, when I've complained to the head of breakfast staff, he was very unpolite and told me to arrive earlier like that was my fault. The overall value also is not compatible with what is offered, the price is quite high and the rooms are very small.

Front desk very unprepared, took forever to do a simple check in (over 30 min) I had appointments in the day and the fact that they were so unhelpful and unprepared made everything delayed and inconvenient for me.I rented a FAMILY ROOM with a queen bed and a single bed, the BIGGEST ROOM they had, It was a couple with a 2 year old kid and me, it could perfectly fit, still they made me rent a separate room just for myself.As i enter my room later in the day after my appointments the room given to me it was not only the family room but it had a third bed added! (3 beds just for myself.)Meanwhile my sister,husband and kid were given a smaller room with only a queen bed size……Make make sense! THEY JUST WANTED TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM ME.

The room is clean and comfortable. There is a garage.

Breakfast was awesome! Room was clean. Staff spoke English and were kind. Location was great. In a popular neighborhood with many things walkable.

The room was very clean.The bed was comfy. The soundproofing of the corridor could have been better, but so far, so good. It looks like a lot of people are living on the hotel, so the hotel had always people coming and going.

The internet (wi-fi) was terrible. Slow and always disconnecting. That's shame that in 2022 this hotel still doesn't know how to do it properly. If you need the internet for any reason, best to avoid staying here.Also, the breakfast had a very small selection. I mean a very small indeed! Just coffee, some breads, cakes and cereal. A bowl of fruit and you were ready to go! I couldn't believe when I saw it.

Pretty much everything. The place is clean, beautiful, well located, offers great breakfast buffet and good options at the restaurant. Staff isn't super friendly, but is very polite and helpful.Bed is comfortable, pillows are good enough, blanket is pretty comfy too, bathroom is clean and clear.The crown goes to the shower head, however. I'd already stay in this hotel again anyhow, but the shower is so delicious I feel like I have to spread the word.

It's true that you can hear everything going on outside, people walking, talking and whatever else. And from the corridor, it's possible to hear faint noises from inside the rooms, such as the shower running, music being played and such. Also, at least on the 16th floor, there was a constant noise of water going through the pipes.

The room is a little bit too small, the ac was not working properly and the curtains were old and torn apart. Ok place too stay only for one night.

I love that hotel. We stay there so many times. Very decent place to stay in the middle of Vitoria business area. Parking lot is super convenient, breakfast is very good. The room and the bathroom are clean and decent.

Nice newer hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed but rather smaller rooms & bathroom. Efficient. Good wifi & cable tv.
