- The location is good, it is convenient to go from there to either the University (Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo) or to the technical college (Instituto Federal do Espirito Santo) and it is located relatively close to the airport, the Taxi drive takes about 10 minutes if there is no jams.

- The staff seems to be not very well trained. My stay was short, I went there for a business meeting with colleagues and we did this at the hotel lobby, we were clearly disturbing the other guests and the staff looked at this as if there was nothing to do, I don't know if the hotel has no space for meetings like this, or if the staff did not know this, but the fact that the people there looked at this as normal and acceptable, was disappointing. In the next morning I asked the concierge for a Taxi to the airport, he did it, but when I asked why it was taking so long for the Taxi to arrive, he said he was not from there and did not know.

Rooms are the smallest we have ever seen. The shower was literally by one of the beds. For the price, I would not recommend it.

All you expect from a chain hotel - well located, extremely clean, super-fast check-in, friendly staff, great breakfast and private free parking.
The A/C unit was doing some weird thing, turning itself off at night and we'd wake up sweating our balls/boobs off. The fridge wouldn't work and it needed replacement 5 minutes after we arrived. But, these are problems that could happen anywhere. Staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. This is my go-to hotel in Vitória!
