Room was very comfortable, amazing shower and amazing view. The staff was really friendly and helped me during my stay. The air condition was also very strong but silent.

One of the elevators was out of order, which made waiting times to go up or down really long.

The location was great, a short walk to the beach. Other tourist sites were a short driving distance from the hotel as well. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The laundry service was fast and well done. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety to choose from. The roof top pool and my room had a great view of the city and beach.

Breakfast was awful, they gave us expired food (tapioca). I spoke with staff but nothing else was done besides "sorry". My wife sick for 2 days after having breakfast.Old gym.

Rooms are specious but very oldBathroom is not maintained I think for couple of yearsThe fridge inside the room was So old that it had weird sounds and I turned it off Bed was comfortable but the bed sheets and towels were old alsoWhen I was there I extended my stay for 2 more night and they gave me completely wrong price and time of check out I just figured that they made a mistake ,they just said we apologize and gave me a complimentary coffee which costs 2 euros

The breakfast !! There is never a new thing there all the cakes at breakfast where old and it’s always the same thing !! I’ve been there several times and it’s always the same thing! Other hotels always have a veriaty of different things for breakfast! An d u guys always have the same thing it’s boring to go for breakfast and always see the same thing!

- The check-in is too late: 15:00h- The parking is extremely hard to get in and out; automated gate never worked; you have to pay extra for parking- I parked my car in front of the hotel for 1h before checking out and a homeless guy stole a piece of my car bumper that is going to cost me 100 dollars to replace- I payed for the Sheraton Club perks, however the exclusive breakfast space was being used by VERY RUDE women, screaming and talking loudly as if they were in their own houses; they “had breakfast” from 07:30 until 10:00. That was ridiculous, one of the worst breakfasts I ever had.

Very convenient location, room size, views from room and rooftop

check-in process painfully long (15min once you are up + you need to pay a 200 Reais upfront deposit for the eventually mini bar consumption at checkin), cleanliness overall (hairs in bathroom and on the bed, toothpicks and plastic bags in the pool, dirty dishes at breakfast,…).

Great location, very comfortable bed and clean, 17th floor with an amazing view over the beach.

What I liked about this hotel was that the view was beautiful and the location is very convenient. The staff was very kind and when I found an insect in my salad they didn't charge me for the plate I ordered. So that was good.

I guess I expected more considering this should be the best hotel in Vitoria. The accomodations are aging, for example TV was old, the pool was not impressive... And I didn't like the coffee they served over breakfast - the Tres corações coffee from the machine .
