Píer Vitória Hotel

The breakfast has plenty of choices. The location is excellent. It takes just two minutes to get to the beautiful Camburi beach.

Well located, with beautiful lobby. Breakfast is very good.

The door of my first room wasn’t working, and could be opened from outside. The fridge was leaking water. I had to ask for a room change, which was done without much support from the team.

The Beach View from my room was exceptional ! I was booked in another room but to help me get checked in faster so I could get to my Meeting, they allowed me to have this incredible experience . The employees all were unbelievable patient and comforting , from housekeeping to reception, to manager to breakfast !

I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovation, but since the price is charged including breakfast, the hotel itself should pay for breakfast for its guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Out room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect- right across the street from the beach and close to the center of town. The breakfast wasn’t included but was inexpensive and good.

The breakfast tables were very small and crowded. The lobby seating is very limited and if renting a car there is a parking garage but if it fills up you need to park across the street which isn’t very convenient but ok.

I requested a double bed, queen size and when arrived at my room, there was a single bed.

No water to buy, safe or coffee machine in the room.

The staff was amazing! I was visiting from the U.S, and speak little Portuguese. They helped me with many things during my stay, and were patient with the language challenges.

The hotel could use a little updating, is looking worn. But it was what I expected for the price.

The location was great as it was close to the beach and some restaurants that we liked.

The garage as it was difficult to get in the drive and move around in the garage.

Not clean at all drains doesn’t work in the shower breakfast terrible desk assistance terrible.

It's a great balance between cost and benefits. Very well located, renewed bathroom and comfort bed. Also a good breakfast! I really recommend it.

Amazing view to the ocean, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. The room was also quite clean and the bed very comfy. No complaints, generally speaking.
