Hotel Ohta

Again, standard business hotel experience for this price point. The bed was suitably comfortable, the staff polite, and the wifi worked.The hotel looked nice and the breakfast as you'd expect from a business hotel at that price point.I stayed one night and appreciated the staff and the convenient parking space for my bicycle.

Nothing much as, once more, it's a standard mid range business hotel experience. Want more? Pay more.

- i could hear voices from other rooms when im at the corridor- street noises could sometimes be heard, however since this is a rural area, not much cars passes by- hotel door is a little troublesome to open

We only stayed for one night to sleep before getting the train in the morning. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly during check in and were able to store our bags after check out for an hour which was helpful.

The property is a little outdated in its furnishings but nothing to complain about.

Neat hotel, looks like a regular business hotel on the outside but they do have washitsu rooms if you like that. I thought the breakfast was very good for the price.

I don't think there's air conditioning that you can control? It wasn't a big problem though.

Conveniently located a short walk from the main station in Ozu, Hotel Ohta offered a comfortable stay for my trip. The main tourist attractions in Ozu are easily walkable to and from the hotel. There is a multi story shopping mall close by where I was able to order an Amazon package to be picked up at. The room was phenomenal as it offered a desk to do work on and a comfortable bed to sleep on. The staff were also welcoming and kind.

The reception staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Fun to chat with.The ladies who prepare the breakfast did a fantastic job. The traditional Japanese fare was lovely.

just few minutes walk to the train station, 711, lawson not far awaythe town itself is not so popular but the hotel gives a lot of information for travelersroom is so good, clean, has everything you need for a trip with a really nice vieww to town and mountainthey have 24/7 front desk which is very helpful

The position is good for the JR Station, 20 minutes by walk from the city center. The staff is super nice with useful hints!

Extremely helpful, patient, and friendly staff. They could remember your requests and face, and the staff communicate with each other, so you don't need to explain the same thing to different staff at the front desk even if the shifts changed. They're not just kind people but very professional. The hotel has probably been refurbished recently, and it's been kept in an extremely great condition due to attentive cleaning and management. I have a fairly high standard for cleaning and this hotel is absolutely spotless, even in places like the edge of the sliding cabinets.

The breakfast buffet was excellent- incredible variety and very tasty.The front desk was the nicest young woman and she spoke enough English to direct me to an excellent dinner place close to the hotel. She was a top notch front desk person - patient and kind and so respectful.Loved the location - very easy walk from train station.

The hotel is located five to ten minutes from the train station. The check in went without a hitch. The staff was very friendly and spoke English.

It would have been nice to have the hotel and room information sheet in English as well. It was therefore a little difficult to understand the instructions for the wifi.

The road next to the hotel is very busy. It gets less busy at night, but still a big too loud for my liking.

I could hear quite well the neighbor and the amendities are situated downstair so when you forget to take something you need to take the elevator again. The breakfast was good but not so much choice.
