- When we checked out they said we hadn’t paid for the room. We had to show our creditcard receipt in order to convince them otherwise. We didn't receive any apologies. Also, the floor carpet of the room was stained.

Perfectly located close to the train station, the JR bus and the trolley who goes around town. Japanese room is cozy and spotless and the staff very helpful. I am considering going back.
