Breakfast was very good. Fruits, breads, juice, milk. Location is also good, next to restaurants, and waking distance to comercial centers. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room is very simple, and very few ammenities.

Close to everything and walkable great area

Is very noise and basic everything was falling apart the door handle come to my husband hand and the toilet was broken so many time we need to have the plunger with us all the time. Don’t get me wrong is a beautiful and large room but desperate need .updates.

Great location, but just as well located as the neighbouring Ibis.

Room was really old and bathroom was dirty. Check in process was a nightmare too - super long, requiring useless personal information and having to re-do a lot of it due to system crashes. Would have definitely booked somewhere else.

Everything was very good, excellent location just minutes from a large shopping centre, restaurants, supermarket and city centre.

Only one complain, there is a kitchenette in the room but no utensils and when we asked for some all we got was 1 knife, fork spoon plate and saucepan. I had to take a bowl from the restaurant. Other than that all was good

The bed is awful, seems like a puff, so soft and the pillow seems like a sheet of paper.For what you're paying in a lot of towns this is very overpriced, maybe because in this city there are so few options.

This hotel is in an excellent location for easy walking access to bars, restaurants, groceries, and a shopping mall. The staff go above and beyond to help you with your needs. We found them to be very personable and friendly. Most of them even learn your name. I asked for a desk chair and an extra table so my wife could set up her computer, and they provided us with them promptly.Breakfast is excellent. Lots of variety, and everything is always fresh. While staying here for 18 days, I worked online. The internet was sufficient for virtual meetings with video and all of my internet needs.

The room we stayed in could use some updates. The paint is worn and all of the faucets leaked. They could do a little more to make the room homier as well.

I thought the property was dated but clean and functional

Spacious rooms clean nice staff. Location is great very close to the mall the university and lots of bars

I miss a few amenities in the room : a kettle, a coffee machine.
