Clean, good location, staffs

The Internet doest work inside the room.

Located on a super well done, clean and safe gourmet area. Parking right in front with easy access to the car. Great big clean rooms with amazing showers. Staff is top notch.

Can’t wait to see the more upgrades they will have in future like gym and pool…

I like very much the location

My TV wasn’t working, the remote, both of them were not working, I called the staff at the reception, a guy said he was coming to help me and he didn’t show up. I didnt like the bed.

Our room was huge, had 2 bathrooms which made our life easier with 2 kids.

Not a problem to me, but need to be aware that’s being remodeled.

Ok breakfast

Constant work on an adjacent hotel room. You don’t want drilling noise 9-16:30 when you pay for a hotel.

Very central, but on a back and calm street, good parking right in front, close to a shopping mall. Good bathroom.

Small room - hard for two people to walk around. Breakfast area small too - but this is temporary, they are renovating.

Hi All! I stayed one week at the Marbor Hotel and I can say that it was a wonderful ,enjoyable and comfortable experience. The hotel is located in a very cute neighbourhood, with cute cafés, eating places just at the doorstep. It's also centrally located within the city, very convenient for travellers. And it is really safe,I felt so safe throughout my staying here.And lastly but not least, the staff is very helpful, friendly, professional. All the people, the reception, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff l. They made my visit even more worthwhile!Thank you so much, I will definitely come back!.Giorgos

Awful

Well we were not able to stay because we didn’t have our 4 month old’s birth certificate. Definitely something that would have been nice to know - in advance - that we needed. Overall the space seemed nice and the staff were kind about this issue - that is to say I don’t blame the front desk for your incompetence as a business. The idea a Brazilian law protects children by kicking a mother and her newborn child out into the street at 10pm with nowhere else to go is as intellectually offensive as it is preposterous. It begs the question how the authors of such policy dress themselves without aide.

Located nearby shops, malls, stores.

Everything needs an upgrade… from the building to the rooms and even the towels and sheets.

The bed and shower

Fingernails from previous guest on the table. Reception gave us a card and wrote wrong room number, no apology. The card didn't work 2nd night, no apology. Breakfast was only average. The eggs tasted bad, fruit and coffee was good

located at Mogi downtown, in a newly preserved area , good cost effective !

Some Air conditioning are the old type... but if you are lucky you can get a new one.Wi-Fi was not working in my room, next day the problem was solved
