Maria at the front desk was great. The hotel pizzeria is very good as well ..Room had new mattress..very comfortable

no glasses in the room (not even disposable ones) the room was not well taken care of... broken fridge door, room floor was missing pieces.

Friendly staff and great location for the price range. Relatively new building and very clean!

Just another soulless Ibis , with small rooms and they tried to put me and my daughter into one bed. Ended up booking another room. So they weren’t full. Just unwilling to alter the reservation . Or to be fair , perhaps unable to as I had booked it through booking.com

One of the staff members was incredibly dismissive and rude towards my brother while he was trying to check in. I had to go there in order to get her to be a bit helpful and respectful. Absolutely disgusting behavior!

When paying that amount for 1 day stay, get a better room.

I paid over 300 reais for a stay and I got a "cabinnet" room, made for disabled people (who could actually need by the way). I have stayed once at this hotel and the experience was amazing. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff, good view, decent rooms, chill atmosphere. We only stayed for two nights for a wedding, and mostly used the hotel for sleeping (didn’t try the food or any other services)

From beginning to end, a disappointing experience.Check-in process was extremely slow and it took 35min with only three people ahead of me. I had friends who were sent to rooms with people in, the staff was completely lost. I was informed that breakfast was included in my rate only to be told on check-out that it was not. By the way, it is not worth R$45.The hotel does not have hand towels, which is such a little thing to try to save on.Parking is paid aside as if it is not even part of the place.When I brought my concerns to front desk staff, no one seemed to care. This was by far my worst Ibis experience.That said, location is great, cleaning staff is very polite and efficient.

I was directioned to a room near to the laundry. It was tough, specially because it was sunday.

Nice breakfast with a large variety of breads/pastries. Location is close to several restaurants and the main shopping mall.

The breakfast is very good and the location is excellent.

A little silence would be more interesting. From inside the room you can hear all the movement in the hallway and the slamming of doors.

Great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet.
