B&B HOTEL São José dos Campos

La amabilidad del personal que hizo todo para entender ya que solo hablo espaol

The hotel is walking distance from Vicentina Aranha Park (great place to visit for a walk/cafe restaurant, and Park Santos Dumont ( smaller). Close to bars at night (Vila Ema and São Dimas) although at night is better taking taxis to places. It is also walking distance from the big shopping center Center Vale, good for shopping and restaurants. The old town in São Jose is a taxi drive about 15 minutes away. The hotel is a comfortable place to stay and the staff were very helpful and polite. Good breakfast selection.

It is a busy part of the town, high traffic around, but manageable. The coffee machine at the breakfast place dispenses coffee already with sugar ( yak!). Cappuccinos etc... The only one option without sugar is the filtered coffee, then you add the milk. Breakfast without good coffee ( in the land of coffee!) is a negative for us! The rest were good selection of fruits, cakes, bread, etc.

Location

The price of ten breakfast and the parking, that wasn’t included in the total price

Value for the money, it is simple but very clean and the staff are awesome

The breakfast could have more options

Location, breakfast, confort.

Nothing to say. It was all simply all good.

the quality of the bed in room 208 was superb!!

Breakfast should have fresh orange juice and nice pao frances. And it should be simple to enter wifi, instead of having to answer so many quastions first.

It is close to downtown.

I didnt like the room close to the elevator, it is too noisy.

The room, the reception area, the breakfast options of payment, the staff.

They didn't answer the phone when I called. And there was no previous info about the possibility of check-out time extension.

Clean room, friendly staff, and nice view.

No hairdryer.

Nice clean modern room, really comfortable bed, do like the bathrooms

No phone in the room to call reception desk. Garage is bad and small and paid.

I liked the location, the staff, the room, the price.

The shower is a little bit complicated to set the temperature, the linen was not so cleaned. There was a baby crying a lot in the middle of the night and some noises upstairs of our accommodation.

Good room and bathroom size! Very clean !great breakfast!

The room is perfect. Simple, clean decoration, modern, nice bathroom.

Parking lot is a downside.

I didnt have breakfast but the place was nice and clean. very modern and private but with a big window and city view. great value

netflix required login i didnt have, minibar was not stocked, and lacked small touches like kleenex in the bathroom but overall im very satisfied with the stay

Disappointing

Check in took way too long, about half an hour. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Bed sheets had some stains. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were of the cheapest kind. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff did their best from the startThe room was peetty cleanThe location is super good

We arrived in a storm..there were problems from the start , the elevators and the a/c didn't function and no hot water for 2 days ..due to power failure caused by the storm, and we don't blame it all on the hotel.but the bathroom door didn't close ,The card key didn't function from day one to the last day.only one towel in a double room and we have to go down 5 floors on the stairs to get extra towels and change the horrible pillows , the frigobar was empty and we have to go down 5 floors again to get drinks and anything basically , the last day we went down to get some water and softdrinks and believe it or not ..their fridge had no water and when I asked them if they can refill the fridge they said there'sno water until tomorrow ? there was this lady checking-in who was shocked and said how you don't have water I have kids ?That was really crazy ..next morning we checked out and seriously never going back !!!

Service was amazing, very polite, professional. Great people.

Elevator broke down due to storm (this was ok). The REAL issue is that the neighbors behind the hotel party until late at night making a lot of noise.

Recepção is very helpful

Checkin e checkout descomplicados

Room was really nice.

The room I got was not really up high so I didn’t get a good view.
