The friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Location.
No concerns.
The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient because it's super close to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants.
The lights in the room kept some bright when turned off. The mattress was too soft and the pillows too hard.
Location, for me is really convenient be close to our relatives
facilities, the rooms need maintenance, the TV on one of the room has no Internet access so I couldn't access to Pay per view tv.
The rooms are spacious enough, bright and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of delicious varieties. I stayed there for 14 days and I didnt get fed up with the choice. The hotel is equipped with laundry rooms so one can wash/iron clothes if necessary. It was quite within the hotel wiht no problems for sleeping.
Shower head was fixed making it a bit difficult to have just shower without wasing your hair as well.
it’s close to the mall and have free parking.
ar conditioning was not good, there is no electric outlet near to the bad and the furniture seems to be old.
Bedroom furniture is well designed and overall comfortable for a 3 stars hotel. Place is very clean, shower has great water pressure and the windows are sound proof (it mostly damps traffic noise, you can barely hear it).
Drinking water is rather expensive, but you can go across the street and buy it at the mall.
