Even tough rooms are clean, they are small, but I like the location.

The person who did my check in (Spanish accent) was rude, and very bad customer service. She should not be in a front experience with client. I did not see she smiling once, not even with me or other clients. And I stay in this hotel a lot, but this time was awful.

Nice location next to the mall. Parking is available for a small fee. The staff are friendly and everything looks clean and new. There’s also a nice Portuguese restaurant on site

1) This hotel is located inside a shopping mall and I can walk to the shops, including the cinema, restaurants and pharmacy.2) This hotel is the most acceptable near my family.

1) long process every time I need to pick up my car and drop it off, the process is not efficient.2) Apart from the reception staff, the others were not very attentive, I definitely did not feel welcome at the hotel, especially in the restaurant for breakfast.

Possibly the best hotel in Sao Jose dos Campos, offers great comfort and cordial service. Bed was incredible, and so was the shower.

Shower temperature varied tremendously during the entirety of our stay - it was impossible to keep the water at the same temperature during the shower. Restaurant staff during breakfast slow and not attentive

The location is great

The shampoo is those "2 in 1" with a bus station smell that wouldn't clean nor moisturize your hair. Unbelievable. The shower would be BURNING or COLD without us even touching the faucet.

Breakfast, location, all really great. No complaints with the staff, wifi, etc. Clean and beautiful area.

The walls are just really thin. could hear so much from the people next to me and down the hall.

Staff at the reception was nice , but the manager in duty never showed up even he/she was called several times.

The hotel is one of the best in Sao Jose dos Campos, and it was very convenient. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was great. It was next to a mall which offered many food options.

Rooms were a little small. I would have liked to have seen some larger room options. Before breakfast was over, they were already prepping the room for lunch which I thought was ill-timed. I also thought that the experience arriving at the hotel could have been better. The valet people are standing there most of the time and could have welcomed us by opening the car door as we arrived-that would have brought the service up a bit. It appears they have a contract with Embraer as there were a lot of people there for Embraer...by fixing a couple of these things, they could really improve the quality and service level.

Great location, parking service and staff. The breakfast was lovely and the room nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location. Very clean and comfy room. Staff was great as well. Lots of restaurants and nice places to visit around. I'll always consider booking here when i get back to São José dos Campos.

The room's sound isolation is not good.
