Great hotel in the middle of town. Good location and parking near by. Excellent breakfast spread with lots of choice.

Needs some love and a refresh. The lift barely works and one was out of order

Amazing staff

The air conditioner, TV, door knob/locker and environment require a better maintenance. We needed to ask for help, they didn’t properly work.The carpet, furniture, elevators, lights, painting, bed linens and hotel in general looks too old. It requires a renovation.The hotel asks for parking R$20, that is very expensive! It should be free.I tried to pay via PIX but the hotel does not allow that kind of payment. Altemar the reception staff gave the option to pay via PIX on his bank account than he paid to the hotel using his bank account that was very kind to support us, but, it should be sorted by the hotel.

Tha morning breakfast was great and the parking lot underneath was also perfect.

The ac unit was mounted below the window basically blowing air right in our face, very poor design, me and my wife ended up catching one of the worst flu ever in 59 years.

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the rooftop pool.

To start with they put me in a room that absolutely STUNK like sewage. After I complained they put me in a room with a single bed instead of the double bed I booked. The fridge in the new room didn't work and the wifi only worked 15% of the time. At least it didn't smell like sewage.Disappointing experience because I stayed here once before and it was really good.

Breakfast was simple but very good and very well presented.The downtown location was exactly what I was looking for. the majority of activities that I need to perform were there. It was very easy to get around.

Room were clean but, the shower valves were very old and very hard to open and close, it was very difficult to be able close it, they keep dripping. Rooms could be easily up great with some refreshment and the addition of some amenities

The breakfast was great, with many delicious options to choose from. I loved that the hotel has the same standard as others from the same group - it felt like home (or at least very familiar). The staff was very kind and helpful.

Nothing! The name for this kind of place is called "puteiro"!

Location is superb and staff is really helpful and friendly.

Linen and fitness equipment already asking for retirement. Everything was very clean, though.

The staff and the view.

The bed sheets and some of the towels were stained. The room was dusty. The TV was malfunctioning and the curtains were damaged.In addition, the pillows and the blanket smelled really bad.

Location excellent, breakfast very good.

Bed is very old, pillow is like a paper sheet (very very very thin).
