Excellent standard for the city. Good quality silent air conditioning. Good bed and pillows.

The floor I spent my stay this time was the Deluxe. Much better when compared to the other I stayed before (too old). It was an upgrade specifically offered for this stay.

I would say the breakfast price (R$70,00), represents an 27% increase from the last time I stayed at Mercure or Ibis (I used to take the breakfast at Mercure restaurant facilities. Besides being a huge increase, it does not worth the value.This was the reason I did not rate as exceptional.

The ar conditioning was not working properly, we had to change the room and there was no bed blanket for my son.There was no food indication name during Coffee break neigther cutlery enough.At the end the parking service was so delayed bringing two different wrong cars before mine, also we had to wait much more than normal to got my car when on check-Out

Breakfast was really nice, good variety and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe.

the staff at reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The location was great with supermarket and mall nearby.

Hotel amenities are very old, furniture is all falling apart, there is mold in the bathroom, the bed sheets were all stained, the valets guys act like teenagers, everytime we went to pick up the car they were joking or laughing at something, really not professional, and they took forever to bring the car. I talked with the front desk about changing the room since the one they gave us was so bad she said she could not help, that that was the category of our room. Well I did not know that for all the money I paid I would have an unpleasent room. I won’t ever stay there again, it was so much money for a awful and hideous experience. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and that was not a nice experience at all.

Poor maintenance, AC not working and much change the room. Missing soaps and took almost one hour to bring it to the room.

Cleanness and quality of furnitures, bed, fridge. Restaurant option and breakfast.

Window curtain blackout must be more efficient. It does not shut the window completely leaving lot of luminosity inside (room 1066).

Breakfast was good. Location was great as shopping, gas, cafe was close by for older travellers. Was in a great location close to daughter’s wedding reception.

Ordering from the bar in the hotel was difficult. To get a glass of wine was very hard. No glasses in the room or ice machine was a disappointment.

overpriced for what you get, the problem isn't paying to much is paying too much and receiving too little. by the pictures it looks better than it actually is.the parking is also aditiinal, in my opinion when you pay for something that is so expensive you do expect to pay for extras. if they had included in the price would look better.

All around, a pretty good place to stay… I will go back.

They spent quite a bit of time trying to check me out and I had to get moving… Their credit card machines weren’t working and they decided to waste about a half an hour of my life trying to figure it out

I made a complain, upon my arrival, about the lights of the 4th floor. They didn't work, THis was not fixed in 11 days. Once, the receptionist told me that she will send a note to maintenance. In a secon oction, the receptionist told me that he couldn't make anything to solve the problem. It is not nice to arrive at night and walk with no lights, though the aisle.THe bed is not set with a cover. I think that this is not a sanitary solution.THere was hairs on the bed and floor.

This hotel has everything. It has the luxury, the comfort, and the family setting. There’s a nice pool area with a gorgeous view. Don’t overpay for other hotels. This is your best option!

Everything payed, from breakfast to parking. There was no coffee in the apartment, again, payed. The facility was not worth for the price.
