Good location for those who are just for the transfer. Very close to the bus station. Nice staff.

The room was old, not too nice. For one night it was quite ok, but not for the longer stay. Location is not good if you would like to do some sightseeing around. Breakfast was just quite ok, but surely could be better.

The hotel's website pictures shows a much more pleasant place than the hotel itself. It's not a 4 stars!

Sheets are small and didn't stay in place; old mattress. Bathroom needs remodeling. Breakfast was OK . Could be better

I had to change rooms 3 times, all the bathrooms were leaking and toilets didnt flush well. The variety during breakfast was quite pitiful!!!

Easy access, clean, decent breakfast

Wifi was terrible, walls were very thin and you could hear everything around you.

I wasn't very hungry so I didn't pay much attention to the items. But I did notice that someone who seemed to be the manager or someone well known to the breakfast staff was there cheerfully greeting the waiters.

I have the following items to report that I observed inside the room:1- One of the light bulbs above the bed was burned out.2- Broken floor in the bedroom next to the bathroom floor.3- Chipped furniture.4- Torn duvet.

This time the room wasn’t that clean. The bathroom and the sheets had some stains. It wasn’t my first time, so I know they can do better. But if was, I wouldn’t come back..

There was no hot water in the shower . The hotel needs some renovation.

The room was big with a comfortable bed.Quite clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly

The TV was snowy with only 4 channels.It had like 20 channels, but 16 was novo tempo.

Like the bed, shower ;The people working there were very polite and professional.

They had to give me 4 different rooms, because the TV didn't have sound on some channels, until I gave up and decided to stay any way ( I was tired, just wanted to take a shower and get some rest ).

Small, old and slow elevators. One of them stopped with an employee inside.

The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good and had good selection of fruits, juices, cakes and others ! The location is OK as it is very close to the centre. So it is a quick ride by taxi, or by foot, to bars and shops.

This hotel has clearly seen better days! The bed sheets were worn out and did not fit the bed properly, so we always woke up with the sheets all over the place! The shower was hard to close properly so it drips after use. The towels also have seen better days! The safe did not work, and after we complained someone came to fix it and could not! The next day they tried again and still could not fix it! Luckily we could leave our values in our daughter's room safe ( I also had to ask for that one to be fixed). We are not fussy travellers but noticed these things!

Not clean, not comfortable. The sheets were too small and the bed was old and dirty. There was a big hole in it as well, couldn't sleep because of it.

Excellent cost benefit.They offer free parking.Room size good for a couple. The receptionist Carlos' assistance was excellent. (Thank you!)

Wifi did not work on the days we stayed.At breakfast we couldn't eat cheese bread (pao de queijo). It seemed to me that they baked 10 units at a time and as soon as they were available, the 10 units were gone. I strongly recommend that they improve the service of baking the cheese bread (pao de queijo). Last year I had the same problem and I see that nothing has changed, they continue to bake only 10 units of cheese bread (pao de queijo) every 30 mn (which is absurd for the size of the hotel and can not serve all guests).

Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep all night the strong noise of the air conditioning of the room below and the problem of the window in my room was shaking and doing a horrible noise and very strong. This window was not closing correctly.The others things was very good.
