- Staff was very friendly and organized- Accomodations were very well maintained- Good value for a family while traveling by road

- Bathroom with starting mold on the corners. Need an extra cleaning daily.- Wall below window was not well repaired after a likely leak in a storm (or if it was left open). Mold also starting there.

Comfort and location were the primary qualities.

Breakfast was slightly below my expectations for the paid price (R$68,00). Some items in the room, such as the internal lights, continued to glow even when turned off, and there was noticeable shower leakage, indicating areas for improvement on the facilities side.

Easy access from the highway, clean room, English speaking staff. We spent one night driving from Rio de Janeiro to GRU airport, to catch the AM flight the following day. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. This hotel was perfect for our purpose.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here when in São José dos Campos. However, the most recent stay was marred by upkeep issues. I arrived to a rotten, horrible smell in the hallway leading to my room (imagine wet dog mixed with poopie diaper smell). The next morning it was 10 times worse! SEWER!! There was black mold in my shower tile grout. The toilet lid was broken and there were big yellowish dried drops on the floor in front if the toilet which remained there throughout my stay.I’ll still come back on Saturdays for the excellent feijoada but will not be returning as a hotel guest.I also had to re-schedule a Zoom meeting with clients as the internet was so unstable the audio was garbled and lagging behind the video signal. Hotel staff there was no upgrade available to I had to find a separate location offsite for my Zoom meeting.Disappointed…

Interior is a bit tired. You don’t need a full remodel to buff out streaks and scratches or to touch up flaked off paint.

Nice and clean room. Great pool. Attentive staff.

Breakfast every day the same, might not be a problem for a short stay but when staying longer it gets a bit dull. The roads nearby are quite loud but this is not a problem when the windows are closed.

Awesome breakfast options for the entire family, great location in front of CTA and Dutra interstate road. The staff were kindly and helpful as expected for a high-end hotel. The bedroom seems recently renewed and fulfilled my needs without further conversations, they are excellent.

My only point that should improve is the need for a valet service for the parking lot as when I arrived with two kids I had to leave them at the hotel room with my wife to park at a quite far away parking lot what should be solved with a valet service.

I've stayed at the hotel a few times in the last 15 years and it is now getting very tired - the rooms are in quite desperate need of refurbishment.

The room is comfortable and clean. The shower is great and they offer good shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer.The pool is warm and great for the kids. Playground and recreation too. The kids love it there. The breakfast was even better than the last times we stayed there. Staff super polite.

The breakfast and the location were fine, besides it was good to have a very nice mall centre very close to the hotel (7-10 minutes walk)
