The room was ok, but there was nothing like water or drinks... anything we had to buy outside or at reception and what seems, it was separated from the hotel

I've tried a number of times to call the reception to assist us with some needs at the room and was not attended... the same was also with the bar/restaurant that didn't answer, so I had to go outside to buy food and drinks as none attended... also for the room service, non respond at the time I've phoned from the room...

Strong smelling of the towels and front office didn't answer calls. Weird customer support!

Large rooms , gym, good breakfast, safe. What else can you ask for?

The sauna and jacuzzi area. The bed is very comfortable, nice towels and coffee machine inside the room. Head shower like a spa! Perfect 1301 is going to be our room next visit.

The TV was a challenge to figure it out.

The property is located close the shopping and the road. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety of foods. There are pool, gym and jacuzzi to relax.

The price of the parking lot is so expensive and you do not have options.

Very good hotel! Room was spacious and very clean, tv, fast wifi, hot water, small freezer and extra space with small sofa. Breakfast was really good. Hotel has also a nice pool and sauna. Staff at the reception desk was helpful and friendly (and speaks english too). Nearby there is a big shopping mall with restaurants. Highly recommend for a short stay at SJC.

No help with suitcases on the claim that there is no service for that. It was horrible that not even out of kindness a man could help a 60 year old to lift a suitcase into a trolley!!! Very bad service in this respect.

Breakfast and leisure area was good and staff was attentive.

Hotel carpets (in hallways and room) smelled of mildew - we switched rooms once and then realized they were all like that. TV didn't work well (image all staticky - in both rooms). Air conditioner temperature also didn't work - out was either on at full blast or off. Parking was additional fee

The place is beautiful, with a very good staff and good location

I ordered pasta from the restaurant in the hotel and put my 5 years old daughter so sick that we spent the night at the hospital. I had to pay a private hospital and more hospital when we arrived at home, was a nightmare

1. Booked the place because of its proximity to the shopping and airport. 2. Breakfast was ok for the price.

1. Check-in took almost half an hour2. Stayed on the third floor- it was super dark and very noisy. 3. Bedroom decoration was dated, no extra pillows and blankets. It was cold 4. Bedroom floor was dirty. Half of a cookie was found underneath the bed and the doors full of dust.

room size and the living room was the plus side to me. Also the breakfast part, gym and pool were pretty good.The room view as amazing as well, which I didn’t expect it and made me very happy.The main reason i choose this one was the room space with a proper area to stay and work or have guests over.

The bathroom doorknob was stuck and keep locking me up. Also the bedsheets were thinner than I would prefer it. Would like some extra pillows too, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Easy access from the freeway, no frills good value for money. Good breakfast.

There's a small gym and a nice swimming pool.

The hotel is quite outdated, very dark inside, it has not been renovated for years. The costs of parking were BRL 38 per day.
