great baths inside and outside, and nice snacks an food provided free.
Location is very good. Bus stops, shopping and restaurants are all closeby.

A bit too far from the ferry terminal and the train station.
Small, and mminimal services.
Loved the onsen, breakfast, and free snacks.
There is an onsen, outdoor onsen and sauna. It is close to the attractions of interest.
夜鳴 is so good for my family after shopping when they are hungry
Massage chair is too near smoking room. Smoking smell make me uncomfortable during using massage chair
Good location and comfortable room. We had 5 people and they spread us across 3 rooms which was nice.
Very expensive for a basic hotel with regular amenities
The location is great, next to a busy shopping street. The staff at the counter are very friendly and helpful in solving reservation problems. In addition, although the open-air bath is relatively small, the overall feeling of bathing is very comfortable~
The food in the lobby on the first floor smells a little bit strong, but the rest is impeccable. I will choose to stay here next time
Nice staff, always helpful, clean and lovely onsen on the 11th floor, great breakfast, nice rooms and good beds
Maybe the view from our window
We had a lovely stay at Dormy inn . Staff were great and very helpful. My only complaint was the pillows. We finally asked for a new pillow and did get one.

The breakfast was great, the free ramen at night was great and the onsen was great!
Onsen, sauna, free ice cream and food. Hotel was very clean.
Clean, organized, friendly and competent staff. Good location for restaurants and shops.
Relative to other Japanese hotels we have been staying in, we found the lack of a smoke free common area to sit, or ready access cold beverages (summer) a disappointment. Beds and pillows were not especially comfortable.
They offer hot bath on the highest floor with free drinks, coffee and ice-cream. My families were also enjoying the time on the massage chair too especially after spending a lot of walking around for sightseeing.

Clean and cozy Staffs are friendly and helpful
The location is excellent for dinner, shopping and transport. The hotel is very well taken care of even if it is a little older now. The staff are incredible and should be commended. The breakfast was excellent and the onsen is a little dated but perfectly clean, equipped and well taken care of. I have stayed here before and will definitely return. Value for money.
Not much. The view from my room was a little uninspiring but that’s it.
Onsen and free stuff
As usual with rooms on booking they are smaller and no view.
