Only the location

Rooms had an odour like cigarette smoke and were very old. Bed was the worst I have ever had.

The location. The service. The food.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable enough. The cleanliness was at a very good level in both the room and the bathroom.

The hotel is in a good location for dining out and a quick walk to the train station and ferry port. The family room (beds + tatami) was spacious. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is dated. Older bath fixtures, furniture, etc.

Very close to the undercover shopping arcades, which have plenty of restaurant options. Walking distance to two train stations, including the main one.

Room too warm. Had to have AC on full to cool it in November. Pant press and air purifier took up a lot of the limited space. Would be better to have these as an option you can ask for.

Liked proximity to ferry and castle ruins… walking distance.Staff were very helpful. Amenities were good.Breakfast was good.Would recommend if you’re ok with a small room.

The room we booked was much too small, bed was right against the wall, not easy in and out access if you’re the one at the wall. We asked if another larger room was available, they only had a suite which was an additional amount almost equal to our original price.

Stayed for 5 nights with elderly parents, would love if food switched up a bit every couple days.

The staff was lovely, the hotel is very well situated and close to the shopping mall, train station and port.

It’s Japan so we expected the room to be small… but the hotel has crammed a large desk, old tv, A CLOTHES PRESS machine, humidifier and two chairs into it making it impossible to move. The bathroom was akin to a shower stall in a camper van - literally had the odd vinyl raised flooring. The floor boards were super dirty and the pillows were the bean ones- when we asked for soft pillows we were given memory foam without pillow covers ick!

room is a bit run down. the air vents haven't been cleaned in forever and i can't tell if it's dust or mold that is accumulating.

- clean room- comfortable bed - 10 minute walk from the train station, bus stop also nearby- good breakfast selection

Great breakfast with something to suit everyone and a convenient location near lots of undercover shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute lazy walk to the station and 25 minutes walk to Ritsurin garden (a must see). Also close to Takamatsu Castle. Loved the bikes for hire, we just wish we could get them every day! Staff were very friendly.

The room we stayed in was very small and was next to the cleaner's cupboard/room, so it could be quite noisy.

This hotel is easy to find & close to the train station. Met all our needs. Staff very helpful. Pleasant check in & anything we asked for were helped with. Thank you.

Nice location, close to a big shopping street with lots of nice restaurants to visit.

Beds were hard.

The room was a good size and we liked the Japanese screens on the windows. Room was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The bathroom was bigger than other hotels we have stayed in Japan. Staff was very helpful with our baby, offering a bed guard and removing one of the beds so we had space for the travel cot we brought with us.

The AC wasn't great. We were lucky that the weather wasn't hot so we just opened the window a little.

Hotel location is excellent as the shopping alleys are within 3-minute walk. It's clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were all friendly and courteous.The buffet-style breakfast was good with western and Japanese choices of food. The tables were clean and tidy, and the restaurant was stylish with high quality deco.

The breakfast time was a bit rush, as they set the last order for fried eggs at 9:30 am. We were there at 9:10 am and the lady urged us to order our egg choices immediately... Since the chef only prepared the eggs for guests, I think the last order can be extended to 9:45 am.The housekeepers didn't clean the cups well.Carpark fee at Y1,200 per day should be waived for guests booking two or more rooms; nearby hotels might offer free parking!

Very close to the downtown shopping area. The triple room is spacious.

Breakfast is good, though it still can be improved by including the local rice and food.

The Counter staff service is welcome and warm, the breakfast staff very nice and observe the costumer needs , also with warm smiles, very impressed.
