Great location, comfortable room with an awesome view. Kind and helpful staff.

The location is the best if you are not only into shopping, and the room has the breath-taking view that is really priceless.

Provide more free coffee or tea bags in Lobby for afternoon come back relaxing, usually I run out all of the free coffee and tea packings in the morning......

Very nice hotel with exceptional location, next to the main station and to the port facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested a larger room up high to be able to see the great view over the Seto Inland Sea. The room and facilities were somewhat dated but everything worked fine and the higher price was worth it.

The tiles in the bathtub wall had some small amounts of mold that should be cleaned. The TV was a bit old and did not have the modern applications loaded into it, such as Youtube, Amazaon, Netflix, etc. Finally, the A/C was bit noisy, but not a problem for sleep.

Even this was the single room, the room size was great. The breakfast was very good. And i had an amazing view of the port. I was switching rooms they asked me to keep my luggage in my room and they will move it to the other, that was very convenient

Convenient location

We booked the most expensive room, the Japanese style room. We requested a one extra hour check out, but was told there would be a 5,400 yen charge. This was disappointing.

We liked that the JR Hotel was very close to the train station and ferry terminal to Naoshima since we were there for the Benesse Triennial. The room was clean, not too small, had good amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We got a great room rate for our stay so overall very happy.

This is the one of the only properties that we stayed at that didn’t have elevators that required a room key to access guest floor.

Beautifully view of the harbor from the hotel room. Extremely convenient location, across plaza from the train station and buses, and near ferry to Naoshima and other islands.

Room was a bit cramped but nicer than other accommodations I've had of similar size.

It was not clear which floor to get water from. I could not find the water fountain on my floor and the only reason I found it was when leaving the elevator stopped by a floor with the water dispenser.

We were attending the Setouchi Art Festival, so the location next to the port was perfect. The hotel is a mid-range corporate hotel, so nothing special.

The dinner buffet was disappointing, and none of the restaurants had vegetarian dishes so we could not eat at any of them. The hours and location of the bars was confusing.

Perfect location, right next to both train stations and port. Nice and clean rooms with a nice view. Only complaint is the lack of a fridge, or rather lack of a powered fridge.

The location was excellent - we arrived by ferry and left by train. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The food in the breakfast buffet was tasty, had a great selection and there was no line!

High-rated full-service hotel conveniently connected to the Takamatsu JR station and the Symbol Tower conference center. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms with nice views on the Seto inland sea and the city. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of warm and cold traditional Japanese, Chinese and international options. Several good quality restaurants in the hotel, and many other restaurants in the vicinity, including beer tasting pubs. The wonderful Ritsurin Garden is a few bus stops only from the hotel and deserves the travel to Takamatsu. I will return to JR Clement Hotel next time I am in town.
