Great location very close to bus stop that goes straight into the airports in São Paulo! Very clean and friendly staff!

I had no Wi-Fi, they said the problem would get fixed that same night but it didn’t. As in international traveler that was a major problem for me since my phone didn’t work without the Wi-Fi and their antennas just didn’t do for me!!! it caused much stress and there is no reason for such a long wait to fix a simple problem!!!

Very disappointing!

We travel the entire day to arrive in the hotel and rest. When we got there, there was at least 50 people on a line to do the check-in. Very disapointed, we left and went to the hotel in the next block. The price was the same and there was no line for the check-in. I still haven't received my refund.

Buffet was amazing every day. Hotel was really close to amenities. Staff were very friendly. It was overall a lovely experience!

No towels at the room, no cover sheet for the beds, toilet not clean enough and definitely not a “budget” price.you pay for the water.

We arrived late and we had to wait for system updates for checkin (around 15’ on lobby)

everything else, breakfast price would be fair if there was anything more than a piece of watermelon, stale rock hard bread, eggs and hotdogs were the least horrible option, I've stayed in 1 star hotels that had cheaper and way better breakfast, it's not hyperbole. Also, the lobby smells like cat poop(yes, that very strong undeniable smell of cat poop, it is that overwhelming that I have to write about it here), the beds had marks of period blood, poo stains on the bathroom stall wall, Ibis Budget Aquidaban used to be better about 2 years ago, not great anymore

The park service is a trash! The driver of Stop Parking Service, damaged my car. The Mr. Miguel from Stop Park Parking, said that call me after investigation at cameras the occured, he didn't call me, after checked the cameras, why didn't he call me? He lies! He said that my car entered Saturday night with damaged! He lies! I delivered my car without damage at Saturday night! And this person said that my car arrived damaged? I reported the local police and I'll wait a solution.

Reception and groceries open 24h, friendly staff, clean room but how the name stands its a simple and small accommodation. Great for 1 or 2 nights

the sheets were old and stained. the air conditioner was very cold and there were no blankets in the room. there's no hair dryer . there's a huge difference between low budgeted and low maintenance.
