Everything: the breakfast was like a ibis budget or worse, the bedroom was for business and very simple, the staff was not polite and discriminated for us not having a fancy car. We paid 600 reais a night but it was not even worth the half of the price. I don’t reccomend for anyone who want to have a good experience

Location was great and taxis and ubers were easy. Breakfast was good for the mornings. Excellent facilities including Pool, Gym Laundry, vending machines ,and on-site restaurant. And the apartment-like rooms with kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator were perfect.

I liked everything about the hotel, nothing to dislike.

Checkin was confuse, the information about traveling with pets was not documented in the resrvation. Extra tax for each pet on topo of the dayli fee was expensive.

Lovely location, excellent accomodation & great staff - Mateus, Pamela &Yasmin, in alphabetic order, as all of them are equaly 10 out of 10!

Don't some breakfast staff realize that they are doing more to deter guests than to help them? In my case, twice the excellent Pamela had to call them out on it because they were blocking my path - and I was walking from the buffet to my table, carrying a cup full of hot coffee, and it was Friday, and I was already getting ready to leave breakfast, get in my car and go to a meeting.

We were on a business trip to Campinas and I am Design Hotel fitted our requirements perfectly. The staff were Very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and the food and service was good. The rooms were spacious and it was useful to have the separate lounge area to the bedroom. A nice ‘bonus’ was the gym and pool on the roof of the hotel with great views over the city.

I don’t have any complaints about the hotel.

More a mini-apartment than a room: spacious and functional. Great gym and kind staff.

They forgot to clean up the fridge in an otherwise spotless room: found food from previous tenant - yuck!

I got seems the worest room. Who were before meet seems they were cooking and the smell of room is onion. I didnt feel comfortable at all !!!! I check out as soon as possbile and went to Vitoria Hotel concept. Far a way of it about 1.5 to 2 KM. it is way comfortable than i am design. I like it. They dont offer iron machine. Instead on floor M They have laundry room where u can clean ur room Nnd iron it urself at that floor.

no coffee machine in the roomfor such a modern hotel, I would have hoped for a USB plug to charge our phones.

This exceptional hotel, by far the best of the three I stayed in a recent trip to Brazil, is located in a very posh residential, walkable and safe area with many excellent restaurants and groceries in walking distance. The receptionists, the best being Guiherme Ramos, all spoke very good English and were invariably attentive and kind--they print your documents and extend the checkout time for several hours free of charge. The facility, beginning with a roomy glass-walled breakfast/dining room, is also superb and includes a good-sized gym, a dry sauna and a roof-top swimming pool. My room, on the top floor, came with a nicely appointed kitchenette and a large fridge. The balcony had a sweeping city view as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Campinas.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly.

The only downside is that the hotel did not have any Christmas activities for families, and no dinner was offered on all the days that we were there. It was frustrating as almost the whole city was shut down during those days.

Beautiful hotel, modern and comfortable with an attentive and polite staff. The location is perfect, breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The internet is fast and the bed and facilities in the room is excellent

I didnt get the TV, would have liked to watch and chromecast my apps like Netflix.

The roof area & pool really are as lovely as they look in the pictures. The staff & ambience were great. Over a few days we had breakfast, lunch buffet & a la carte dinner in the restaurant & thoroughly enjoyed them all. The apartment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Recommended.

Nothing. But maybe consider adding a yoga mat or two to your excellent gym.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff in restaurant, room service also excellent.

Noisy. Partly due to location but I was very surprised that a hotel of this standard didn’t have double glazing to cut down on outside noise. We were also kept awake on our second night by a drunken couple on the floor above who made a lot of noise throughout the night, mainly on their balcony. Double glazing would have helped with this as well.

Nicely studio apartments which are well appointment but could do with slightly better sound proofing. A truly incredible 12th floor pool which was amazing to watch the sunrise from. Friendly and polite staff with a good breakfast too.

Nothing to fault really, maybe slightly better sound proofing on the rooms.
