Breakfast was good although staff did not care about replenish siverware and eggs for instance.
Parking lot 3rd party service is very bad. They tried to charge me twice.
The hotel location is really good with easy access. The parking is just average, with part of the parking not completely covered. The checkin process was fast and direct to the point. The fact that there was a fridge with water and some other food for sale on the front desk is good and makes it simpler for the guests.

The hotel is very well located. Cambui is a nice part of Campinas where you can find good restaurants and easy sort of transportation. The neighborhoor is great!
It is an expensive hotel for the facilities on offer. The rooms are too small and the car park is charged! It is a new hotel, but the contemporaneous concept of lodging wasn't well supported.
the location is excelent, the apartment is clean with a good space. I always stay in this hotel. The bed is okay. The BF is ok as well.
the pillows are too thin. already told them to improve

great location and facilities in general.
Excellent buffet.
There was no body soap in the bathroom.
Modern and practical
It could be easier to use the soap in the shower, so little soap each time we press the box
Superb
Not having parking included is the low point.
