Excellent location. Quiet and safe.

Rooms need upgrade. Bed, linens, bathroom were not upgraded. They did made a “make-up” in the lobby and halls. The internet service is very poor. It is a hit and miss: it depends where you are. I had to complain a couple times before they improve (a little bit).

Well, I stayed in this same facilities before becoming Ibis. They did some face loft but the rooms and bathrooms didn’t get any improvement. The bed (and linings) has seen better times!

Rooms too old, sanitary was not working properly, missing towels upon the arrivals, no single bottle of water at the rooms.

Good Breakfast. The location is very convenient for me. I have stayed in this hotel many times when it was Comfort Inn. I knew it was under construction so I could tolerate the elevator issues (only one serving the whole hotel) and the sectors closed due to the construction. Prices were lower because of the construction burden.

I had to change rooms twice. First, there was the noisy air conditioner. Then, there were issues with the Wi-Fi. The staff could not resolve the problem, so the room was changed. The staff was very accommodating. They spent two hours trying to resolve the issue! Kudos for the attempt!

The hotel is old and definitely is far below any acceptable standard for an Ibis Styles hotel. However it is and being remodelled and hopefully it can be better after that.

Near Alphaville where we had to go, clean room, good breakfast, nice and attentive staff.

1. Slow check-in due to system problems / rebooting.2. Broken in-room air conditioner, only discovered when trying to turn it on by warm sunrise directly on window.3. Other A/C compressors outside made considerable noise, even with closed windows, and hotter in the morning.

I liked the size of the room

the room keys didn't work, the room was too far away, staff were a bit cold

You get what you pay for. Simple but functional.

You pay for everything out of the regular price advertised. Pay attention. Breakfast and parking are extras.

the air conditioner takes a long time to cool the room. we used the spare access card to let it working while we were out, se we wouldn’t need to wait when we return.

Great breakfast. Too bad the cafe isnt open. I used to enjoy late evening fried manioc and beer at the cafe.

- not clean at all.- only 1 (one) sun lounger at the entire pool area- small gym- no room service- no restaurant open besides breakfast

Where do I start…(For the owners)The structure is on auto pilot…. Manager sleeping at the helm.-needed to get the Key changed 4x. magnetic strip problems.-lousy breakfast. ( Selection/variety )-unsympathetic front desk.(with an exception)- lots of tattoos … (please wear something with sleeves).-broken running boards (in all the hallways )-Uncomfortable mattress -no smart TV-paid parking in an open lot :/kkkkk-paint … scuff marks halls and doors-No TP in the room

The breakfast was good, and the staff very friendly. I definitely recommend, and will stay there more times. This is due to the fact I have competitions to go in the neiborhood.

I have nothing to say I did not like.
