I loved the breakfast, pool area and games room.

Clean, handy, good location, excellent breakfast.

Room service takes too long. Pool area is not so nice and constantly crowded with loud kids. The New Year's Eve party was quite boring, and the drinks took really long to be served. I expected more for the cost.

Bedroom was great. Good mattress and quiet place

Breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were very dry. The eggs Benedict’s was terrible, that was something else but a Hollandaise sauce. Coffee was terrible and I tried both machines. The cakes were not good, not fresh and bought from a cheap place. Definitely the breakfast was not compatible for the 4 stars and price of this place.

Breakfast was repetitive but good.

Valet parking staff every time have changed the settings in the car such as Air & other things. Not nice.

Breakfeast and staff was very good. The bar is also nice for some night drinks.

The check-in was not smooth for a 5-star hotel. We tried to make check-in with a receptionist, but she asked to do it in the new totem. The new totem requested half a day payment, but we got just couple of hours before the stay (11:30AM). Then the receptionist said she could do it at 12:00 so we cancelled the process in the totem. Later she said we could do it in the totem without cost, but when we tried again it didn't work. Our name was right and reservation code too, but our reservation wasent showing there anymore. So she asked to do with her again... That took about 45 minutes.....When having lunch at the restaurant, we asked dishes with steak, and no one asked about how would we like our steak. The steak came super well done and thus very dry, and even if restaurant was empty, it took 40 minutes to prepare. We had to leave at 13:45 max so we ate it anyways.The pool is heated but heating wasn't working!! As this is winter time, we weren't able to use it because watert was very cold.

Pillows were so uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent! And the location too!We also liked the gym very much. And some of the singers in the afternoon/evening. The caipirinhas from the bar were also very good! The staff was super nice!

Nothing in particular. Maybe you could add more gluten free options in the breakfast.

The breakfast and staff are amazing.

The WiFi never worked in our room and although I complained about it every day more than once a day, nothing was done. During my four days there I didn’t have internet in my room, only in the lobby and restaurant area. During my check out, I heard another guest complaining about the same thing. So it wasn’t a problem only in my room.

Arriving at 24.00 hrs, I got a room next to a generator or something, hell of a noise, I in the end called to get another room, which I got. Why putting someone there in the first place??

Great location. Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast as always. Fast and good valet parking service.

Wifi in the room needs improvement. Stay here about once a year and wifi didn't improve in the last 3 years.

Modern and clean rooms with a balcony and a view; bathroom with great shower; great location; the breakfast was the best among all hotels during my trip!

Some noisy ventilation during the night that could not be switched off (persistent even when turning off ventilator in bathroom and AC).

The personal was very profesional and helpful in every moment. The breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant personal as indicated before.

I don’t like that still the ticket has not been sent to me per mail, very bad as I need that to close my expenses. I have sent two mails requesting the ticket but nothing.

Great design, excellent facilities, phenomenal staff, especially Eduardo, Fran, Luis, Thomaz and the friendly employee, with ponytails, in the restaurant during breakfast. It was Easter and, when I arrived at my suite, I found a beautiful Easter egg with a personalized card, with my name written by hand! I had two problems - one, with a request to the kitchen through room service, and other, with parking, which is in partnership with the hotel -, but these were problems effectively alleviated by the reception, with Luis and Thomaz, and by the management assistants, with the platonism Fran and with Eduardo. In the city of Campinas, state of Sao Paulo, Brasil, it is the most expensive hotel, but, on the other hand, the best rated by Booking! The team deserves the excellent rating the hotel has on Booking.

Modern hotel with very nice staff. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was really nice.

The outdoor area did not match the pictures. There was just simple sunbeds and simple table and chairs on the outside. Not the big sunbeds as on the pictures. That was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
