Hotel Dan Inn Campinas Cambuí - Um Hotel Clássico em Campinas By Nacional Inn

Great location and breakfast! We loved the beds as they were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and overall it offered excellent value for money.

Parts of the facilities could be improved. However, cleanliness was overall outstanding.

Price, clean rooms, good localizations.

Dirt swimming pool. Food was not hot in the breakfast. Expensive parking lot.

very cozy room, excellent breakfast, friendly staffs

bathrooms not cleaned properly

Location

Had problem with breakfast, was not table clean available They runout of glass, coffee And never got apologise by staff

Location and breakfast

Towels appearance ... And some mould close to the air conditioner.

The first room I stayed in had a broken floor - some wood sticking out, but the manager helped me out straightaway getting me into a nicer room and making sure everything was ok. But it wasn't!

Bed wasn't so comfortable and shower was terrible. The toilet kept leaking, so there was a leaking noise all night long and then emergency light right on top of bed, so that wasn't pleasant either!! Arriving at the hotel was quite an awful experience, as there wasn't a proper place to park to get the luggage out and being on my own, made it hard to get the suitcases out in the middle of heavy traffic. Finally, the staff helped out. The first receptionist wasnt great, but everyone else was very helpful and kind.

Downtown location and close to a great restaurant. The buffet breakfast was nice and good variety.

The rooms were simple.

too noisy and old

very noisy, you can hear the pipes of the building, the elevator, noisy from the other room’s toilets, noisy from the street

Breakfast good, well-sorted.The location is great too.

Maintenance missing: leaking showerhead, towel hanger with loose screws, floor misaligned

location and the room size

air conditioning could not be regulated

The staff was very hospitable but quite slow and seemed a little under staffed at times. The meals offered were excellent and at a good price. Breakfast was excellent.

Our door opening didn’t work well. You had to put the magnetic card in about 5 or 6 times and it wouldn’t open even with the green light. The parking lot a certain distance away and having to pay for it and always very full was a certain hassle.
