Location, good breakfast and stuff.

Air conditioning does not work well. The hotel needs renovation in some aspects. The taps in the bathroom do not close easily and leak a lot of water. Some guests are noisy and even after complaining the reception staff did not take any action.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast and very nice staff. Very nice pool, gym and sauna upstairs on the terrace.

A complimentary bottle of drinking water in the room would have been nice and easy access to hot water for making a tea.

The room was very spacious. I could bring my dog.

The pool was closed. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

The bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good internet. Good breakfast.

The bedroom and bathroom needs renovation.

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Clean rooms and comfy and big bed.

Unfortunately we were left disappointed with our stay. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel however it feels like a 2 star hotel. Staff were rude and unhelpful, our messages were never replied to via Booking.com. It took our room hours to be cleaned in the morning despite constantly asking the reception for it to be made up. The swimming pool wasn't very clean, the gym is basic but does the job. This hotel could use a renovation, everything is dated from the lobby, to the restaurant and the rooms.

I loved the convenience, cleanliness and outstanding service with a special mention to Fadi at the front desk.Location is perfect with everything one can need at five minutes of walk

The AC from the neighbour room was a little bit noisy during the night but I think you can get used to the sounds

Clean, comfy, great gym and pool on the terrace, nice staff, a bath as well as a shower in the bathroom!

All great. It would be nice to have access to drinking water ie in a water dispenser in the lobby or in a bottle in the room.

The food was excellent, and despite the hotel's age, it was clean and comfortable overall. However, I had to pay an additional 40 R$ for parking.

The hotel is well located.

I found the facilities a little old. the bathroom taps leak, the TV control is difficult to use. It was very quiet until the day I checked in. There was a lot of noise upstairs at 7 am.

The place was clean and very organized, the breakfast had great options and the entire staff was attentive and helpful.

Some places seems to have a few lack of maintenance such as the bathroom door of our room that didn't close entirely and the elevators that need some attention.

The room was big and had a balcony.

The elevator is bad. Breakfast is not so impressive.

The quality of the room and breakfast were great

The staff is not properly trained to deal with the customers. They weren't welcoming when help was asked. I had an issue with the hot water in the shower and they didn't changed my room. instead they sent the maintenance while I was in the room saying that I had to stay in the room for the repair. Additionally, I called several times the hotel and nobody picked up the phone. Also, before going to the hotel the staff started sending messages via whatsapp that looked like a scam asking for money upfront.
